I ordered on 3/1/24 $18.00 worth of food and found plastic in 3 of the tacos and the burrito. I called taco bell and the manager apologized and re made the order. I wanted no lettuce in my tacos and I also found long blonde hair in my food that was remade. My wife did a separate order and had hair in her food. They could have me the order right they decided to take it personal. The remade food was done on 3/2/2024. They also looked mad about the complaint and took it personal. This price increases are ridiculous! Everything on the menu is over $10 now! This is crazy its fast food that is always sloppy and no quality at anywhere any more but they keep raising the prices! Then they end up giving you less food. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I went through the drive thru a few days ago. The person who took the order was polite. I have no issues with the employee. When I got my food though an item was missing and the tacos were almost empty. I saw a few other reviews on here saying the same thing. I'm almost sure the franchise owner is training employees to barely use meat in the food to cut costs. That's absolutely sad and wrong. I attached pics. If you can avoid this place go elsewhere. I just left there and got home to find the hardest chalupas I have ever seen. I hate to leave hateful reviews but seriously it seemed like the customer would just be so excited to have a chalupa hard enough to break to a tooth? Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Best Taco Bell ever by 14th and Kenosha. Staff was very friendly and professional. Great food, great time. Just an all around homerun. Way to go Kenosha Taco Bell. You guys rock. And it's continuing to prove true. I go here often. Highly recommend. 5 star Taco Bell. Love the place. Save your time and your money. I ordered a crunchwrap the other day (a normal fav) that was barely anything more than the tortilla. Sadly, this wasn't the 1st time. I should have learned my lesson by now. Take my advice and go elsewhere. I ordered it with all the ingredients...apparently most were just missing. Overall the food is very poor quality. Usually this location does decent, but it’s beginning to decline rapidly. Food is soggy and overall extremely gross. It seems like it was made an hour before I received it. I believe the quality is better during the day but the evening shift is total opposite. The service at the Broken Arrow Taco Bell on Kenosha was pretty amazing on my 12/10/23 visit in the 2-4pm time frame. The staff could be a model for training for other stores. The best part was I didn't have to place my order on a kiosk as Taco Bell is attempting to move to. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've gone to this taco bell for 5 years and I've never experienced this. The drive thru service was fast and friendly. But, I ordered a 3 crunchy taco combo and all of my tacos had about a tablespoon of meat in them. These tacos were all shell. Thinking about looking into a refund or something. This is disappointing. Taco Bell will never forsake, my only issue is it’s too convenient and I shouldn’t be able to go there at 2 in the morning and make myself fatter by the night. 😂😂I’m kidding, but that’s the truth!
