The staff must be stealing home 90 percent of the ingredients. First off they charge for extras and don't take off for deductions. I ordered 2 black bean crunch wrap supreme no dairy extra lettuce and added guacamole. Ended up paying 12 bucks no drink for two GMO tortilla wrapped in a flat taco shell with lettuce. That's about all they put in. And it's every time. Almost walked back if I could have kept my temper. At least when I was kid if someone tried to steal my lunch money I could give a beating. There needs to be more taco bells getting sued or Taco Bell managers catching a few beatings for ripping people off to make food cost bonuses; having extra product to feed there families and staff. They probably take cases of product home. The executives set up a culture that poisons consumers, steal from them, encourage staff to short consumers and charge a small fortune. It's been a while since we visited this place. All I can say is I'm not sure how much more the quality of food can decline before it's not considered food anymore. They used to be decent for a quick meal fix on the fly but have steadily gone downhill. It would be nice to see new management come in and get the place right again. I hate this Taco Bell! They constantly get my order wrong and don’t put enough items in there. Are they smuggling my missing tacos from every order? Where do they go? Every Taco Bell robs you of . 75 cent every time you order anything with extra sour cream. You pay for it and they purposely "forgot" to put it on there, Never fails every single Taco Bell for the past 30 years I've been going to the nearest Taco Bell at least twice a week, I pay for sour cream and every single time I hold up a line check my food and send half of it back to be corrected. I am never rude I just simply want everything I have paid for. Is it that your employees are unable to read or are they told to skip any extra sour on any order. Because you have to cut cost you and most of the customer won't even notice or care. Win win for you! Granted when I worked at Taco Bell when I was 16 30 years ago I think it was 30 cents for sour cream and now it is 75 cents. It has only been recently that I started checking before leaving, maybe 2 years tops so for 28 years I have visited Taco Bell at least once maybe twice a week and never was my order right, every time I ordered extra sour never got what I paid for. And yes I still go back even though I am aware of what will happen, that's why I don't drive thru anymore and I go in the lobby. As well as the reason I'm never a KAREN about it. I check it get it corrected and leave. Don't just think that I never contacted Taco Bell Corp. My husband and myself have attempted to get in contact with you and Taco Bell has yet to return an email or phone call. 30 cents twice a week for 25 years, then 75 cents twice a week for 5 years, give or take, that's $1170 just from me. Me and car in front had to wait over five minutes with no one in front of us. Tacos were okay but steak chalupas had barley any steak. This isn’t the first time. I will never eat at this Taco Bell. I was doing door dash orders tonight and one of my customers wanted a good assortment of hot sauces and the guy working just seemed really inconvenienced by me asking him for sauce packets. He proceeded to shove the receipt in my face and i told I’m since I can’t look in the customers bag I needed some sauces and he just had an attitude about it. Not only that, but the worker was being creepy. He was mentioning something about my nose and something about a brace of some sorts to help keep my glasses up or whatever idk and asked me if I wanted a spare one that he had and I said no thanks I’m good and he literally looked at me and said no you’re not ok, but whatever. One thing that pisses me off to no end is when someone gaslights me like that. That’s not acceptable and to think that he probably talks to other customers like that is really sad. He needs to go. To any future customers I’d suggest you go elsewhere. You stand a better chance of being treated like a human being. Btw it was after 10 at night when I went there. 10 or 11 ish. The guy was a heavy set with curly hair and beard and glasses. He didn’t have his name tag on so I couldn’t get his name. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I showed up 2 minutes before closing and to my surprise I was greeted with two friendly people who gave me great food. I was expecting mediocre at best being it was right at closing. I was also expecting attidude from the people since I came in late, but they were both very nice and kind. And it was actually some of the best Taco Bell I've had. I don't know the two guy's names that work the night shift but they are great! Thanks so much for the service tonight! Worst taco bell in Colorado possibly the country.. the workers have no care for any customer..they will barely acknowledge you.. they take down half you're order.. and make what ever they want, how ever they are wanting to. Lived next to this tacobell for 10+ years and I will go out of my way into longmont to have good tacobell. All in order to avoid these idiots.. asked for no sour cream on my #5 and that's all they seem to have put on it was sour cream.. im fed up with this place either shut down or rehire you're entire staff.... nomore Crack heads meth smoking cocain snorting looking stabbed pit faced idiots.. swear they act like working at tacobell is rocket science... the entire tri-town community is fed up with tacobell off 119 and hw i25... Asked for crunchy supreme tacos and got this unseasoned nonsense?? I dont expect much from Taco Bell but location gets our order wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The only reason we come back every 2-3 months is in hopes they have staff trained, but nope.

This has to be the worst fast food restaurant on the planet. Who ever runs this place needs to be fired immediately I would not let that person even serve dog food to my dog. Close the doors wrap a chain around it and lock it up. This place is a health hazard. Shut down effective immediately. I'm contacting the health department. I want a full refund.
