I'm glad I keep tissue in my purse and that I happen to bring it in the bathroom. False statement on the door. No toilet paper and trash is filled to the brim. DO BETTER. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I always enjoy the cravings box along with the great service, but sadly today I'm updating my previous 5 star review across the board thanks to Taco Bell discontinuing the cravings box and to the employee who assited me refusing to provide a veterans discount due to this Taco Bell being on the reservation. I explained how I come here and have always received a discount in the past. He then reluctantly gave me a senior discount when i asked to speakto the manager. It's unfortunate how I was treated, given how much I'm on the road and so often choose to eat at Taco Bell. I honestly will skip this Taco Bell going forward. The last thing any VET should have to do is debate over a discount that each Taco Bell graciously gives every where else. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Love the Grilled Cheese Steak Burritos. and anything i've ever ordered is always fresh and good. the store manager cares thank you Lasalle L. Angela. Daniel & Bear. Great Customer Service. This Store is the Best Taco Bell I've ever been to. Thank God it's so Close. At Talking stick shopping center. And Thank God for Lasalle Store Manager. Used to be a really good location, but now I would avoid it. Super long wait times, missing items in orders, and the cashier is rude with no communication skills. Miss the old employees.

Went to the location in Scottsdale Arizona on Indian bend and the 101. My card is slightly warped from the heat but works literally everywhere. I should have known there was an issue when the guy at taking my order was rude. I get to the window and he's wearing a big red belt buckle the says "cocky" with a rooster on it and that's just to point out that it matched his poor attitude. I'm not a Karen I don't expect 5 star service at a drive thru but this guy was bad. At first he wouldn't even try to run my card because it's warped. I had to ask him to try then he barely put it in the card reader and said it didn't work... it's a chip reader you have to at least get the chip in the card reader but he wouldn't even try. I had literally just come from the Starbucks next to it where they (like everywhere else) had NO issue putting in my card. Then I asked if I could push the card in while he held the card reader (commonly done at drive thrus) and he said "I can't let you touch it because if you break it you buy it" the whole time being rude. Again, I don't expect amazing customer service from a drive thru.. i do expect a decent human interaction at the least.. ugh. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This locations hours are so sporadic. I can never make sense of when they will be open and they will not. I try come here at 9 AM on Tuesdays and right now I am sitting at a literal 50/50 chance that they have been open. Nevermind the lobby. So I guess if you only half want to have Taco Bell, this would be a good location to go to because they will decide for you whether or not you really want Taco Bell. I don’t know how a business runs like this. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
