I wouldn’t eat here again if it was a Zombie Apocalypse and the food already cooked, chalupas ain’t cheap and these people didn’t put no meat in them literally all toppings. Then I called the store and the manager twerking ahh sounded like he had all the (meat) in this throat tryna get smart, y’all should be lucky God changing me. I went to Taco Bell at 2525 Lindbergh Blvd, Florissant, MO 63033. I’m a regular there and it was about 10 minutes before closing. Ordered a grilled cheese burrito, I’m a regular at this location and I get that order pretty often. When I opened the burrito it was cold, the burrito was open on both ends and one side, there was meat, cheese, and red chips falling out of it. The meat and cheese looked old and hard. It was soggy, and one end klooked as though it had a bite taken out of it. They also took quite awhile making it and even asked me to back my car up in the line and then pull forward again. I assume to clear out the amount of time they had someone sitting in the line. I know it was just before closing so I was very apologetic about coming in at the last minute and made sure I said thank you every time someone was at the window. Cannot order food at drive thru.ridiculous. nobody else in line.only online orders.who is running these stores.no more customer service.instead of getting 30 dollars worth of business ,they said only online orders.the world is crazy.

This place is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The workers are rude, they get your order wrong everytime, and they just throw together random stuff and call it what you ordered. They got my order wrong so I went back through the drive thru and thoroughly explained what I ordered and they gave me the exact same WRONG order 30 minutes later. Yesterday 2/13/24 I order a Mexican pizza combo as my first meal of the day. Within a couple hours my stomach started rumbling. I was in and out of the bathroom for the rest of the day. My stomach finally calmed down the next morning but it still has sudden spurts of pain. I’ll never eat Taco Bell again. If I could give 0 stars I would these people are so ghetto, they were about to fight, everyone going outside when we were ordering, got all of my families orders wrong, was smoking behind the counter, cussing and being loud, a worker walked out while on clock because she was gonna fight a boy, we waited 1 hours and 30 minutes to get our food, over all bad experience EVERYONE should be fired. Food was cold, not prepared how it was placed online. They even barely put Chicken on my quesadilla, cheesy Gordita crunch had very minimal cheese that you can do. Was not greeted when I walked in, place had a unpleasant smell to top it off. Will not be going to this location again and will stick to Howdershell. I never post bad reviews, so this is saying something. All of our food was cold and had little filling/food. I asked for extra chicken in my power bowl and I literally maybe had like 6 small pieces. The bowl was almost half empty! The rice was so crunchy, i couldn't even finish eating my food. The potato tacos we ordered only had a few potatoes which were also cold.
