Taberna de Miguel is a fantastic restaurant located in Bailén, Spain. The restaurant is run by two generations of the same family - the young and talented chef Jesús Moral, who was awarded the title of 'Chef's Revelation' at Madrid Fusión 2017, and his father Miguel. The food here is exquisite, with dishes like paté de perdiz, alcachofas con foie, presa ibérica, raviolis de berenjena, salmonete, quisquillas, gamba blanca con polvo de aceituna y naranja, paletilla de cabrito rellena de espinacas y setas, natillas de chocolate blanco, flan de queso, milhojas de chocolate, ajoblanco, merluza, arroz con setas, tallarines con albóndigas, solomillo de conejo, and more. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the prices are very reasonable. All in all, Taberna de Miguel is an incredible restaurant that should not be missed!
