We visited here, not really knowing what they were but looking for something healthy. I got the Harvest Bowl and my husband the Primal bowl. We both really enjoyed the food. It was clean and fresh. The atmosphere was also very welcoming and cozy. The big swings inside were really cool! I could have laid there with a book and took a great nap! We loved the food, location and friendly employees! My brother from California was in town and somehow found this place. He said owner and staff were awesome. I had him get me spicy chicken tribal bowl which was amazing. The flavor was delicious and not spicy which ended up a great choice for me. Not sure what he ate and he also got a smoothie and said everything was great! A little gem of a spot for yummy, healthy food. I love the ambiance, too, which is comfortable, conducive to studying and little work meetings or girlfriend dates. Their smoothies and protein balls are delicious. Honestly, my favorite part about t Loft is probably their little bench swing inside. 😃

Coffee shop vibes but with healthy meal and snack options. (There is coffee too, for you coffee lovers!). If you are needing GF and/or DF option this is the perfect place.
