Symphony’s is our usual Sunday breakfast routine , We opt for the eggs Benedict 80% of the time as it’s usually really tasty unfortunately the last two visits , the food hasn’t been up to standards , Not sure if this will be a norm for them now , I hope not, as their breakfast dishes were always good. I Would recommend a normal English breakfast over the eggs Benedict. The cappuccino could also do with a look over as it’s not the first time we received a “burnt tasting “ cappuccino.
Service is still great and they always willing to assist you with a seat even when fully packed , pricing is also rather reasonable
2024 Update : The food has improved since the last visit and it’s back to being our weekly Sunday breakfast spot 👌👌, The manager has also spoken to us in regards to the initial review .

Sunday afternoon lunch or dessert spot. Great seating options, atmosphere and decor. Upscale Fournous type of offering. The harvest table looked delicious, although the food was overcooked in the chaffing dishes due to too many burners underneath. The cake portions are huge so great for sharing but might be a bit sweet for one. Great coffee, the cappuccino was decently strong and the mill silky without being boiled from constant reheating or inexperienced. There was no shortage of smiles from the staff but a tiny bit of a more friendly demeanour would to me make a big difference. However, they are extremely well-trained, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. The menu offers everything you would expect with something for most tastes and dietaries without being overly full which to me is always a good sign of the operation knowing what their customer wants and putting their effort into the quality of their dishes, not the quantity. Great spot for a meet-up with friends, to have an out-office lunch or meeting or simply to pop in on your drive through Secunda.

Friendly and efficient service, pleasant ambience, and good food served quickly at a reasonable price. It only needs a downstairs WC to get all five stars, but the rest is excellent.

We went to Symphony's cafe for breakfast a few times now, and the food, service, and general experience are very good.
Their chicken livers are a curry flavour, which is surprising, but not unpleasant. Omelettes are very good, as are the traditional breakfasts.
Kids play area outside is lovely for littlies, just bring shoes and suncreen, as the floor outside gets very hot in the sun and there is no cover over the play area.

Great place for all day breakfast, the buffet has plenty of options and the staff are very helpful. It's conveniently located on the entrance facing the gate and has a wide range of seating options.
