Great Pumpkin Latte
I placed my mobile order before getting to the McKinney location. I stood by the mobile pickup sign for 20mins before even being acknowledged. I saw at least 3 guest who came after me (ordered at counter) get their orders immediately. Two other guests who had mobile orders were acknowledged as soon as they walked in and stood by me!!! It wasn’t until the worker saw how pissed I was that he asked me who the mobile order was for. I’m so upset with this place. I was trying to support a local coffee shop, but this is ridiculous. A hi, welcome, who’s the order for or something would’ve been better than me standing there and the workers looking me dead in my eyes or just ignoring me. I guess if you’re a person of color they don’t see you.
