I had outside food I brought in when sitting down. My plan was to order an adult beverage with my meal. I was rudely approached by a waitress and in a loud, demeaning tone in front of all the patrons and asked “are you going to order something!!” I was so shocked that I had been addressed in such a rude manner I said no. She then replied I would have to leave.
I am an elderly person and to have been treated so rudely, without cause, by a 20-something, who seemed to enjoy her stunt, was appalling. There was no way I was going to purchase something after being treated like I was trespassing. I am afraid you have lost a loyal customer due lack of training and courtesy to customers. Managers should be aware customers can be driven away by rudeness. All to common these days and businesses will figure it out eventually.
