I am on a special diet and have been ordering from this Sweetgreen a lot lately. I never have problems with the miso glazed salmon, but the hot honey chicken is a different problem entirely. Last time I received the chicken, it was undercooked and almost raw. So today when I ordered it, I asked them in the special instructions to please cook the chicken through. They instead thought it would be funny to give me BEEF in my hot honey chicken plate instead.
You might think this is funny, but there are a lot of reasons people don’t eat beef and we deserve to receive the food we paid for.
I’d like to hope this was a mistake and not malicious retaliation against me having special instructions for the chicken, but really, how hard is it to remember that the hot honey chicken plate uses chicken and not steak?
I’m disgusted by the lack of care taken here and the lack of professionalism. Not to mention the immaturity if this replacement was intentional.

Order frequently from here, but tonight in my delivery order there was chicken in my salad. I am a vegetarian with digestive health conditions so I will actually be ill if I eat this. The app would only offer me two $7 coupons that can’t be used in the same order, I spent about $40 on two delivery salads one of which is completely inedible to me. Usually sweetgreen is amazing but I am super unhappy about this, and the bad customer service solution.

My favorite salad anywhere! Fresh & locally sourced. Combined with friendly staff & it can't be beat. Typical, mall location, so nothing special atmosphere wise, but it's comfortable and always clean. Recommend.

Sweet green in the Northshore mall is a go to if your in the area. Great menu salads and bowls as well as build your own ability. Easy and convenient way to get a healthy meal on the go.
Got the super green goddess salad. Good balance of ingredients and taste. Staff was very helpful, I fully recommend.

Super Green Goddess
This location seemed to start out pretty well, if not a bit delayed with online orders. The first time I ordered the hot honey chicken, I got nice, white meat chicken cubes. Last night I got several large chunks of chicken with fat and gross parts. I guess they're cutting costs and serving inferior chicken now, which is such a bummer.

I have asked before if they stay open till exactly 10 pm and one of the employees said yes. Tonight, I walked in at 9:56 pm and the lady refused to take my order because they are closed. I was bummed out. I understand it’s 4 minutes till close but if it says you close at 10 pm, then you should give service at anytime before 10.

So excited to have this Sweetgreen in the mall! I’m all about any restaurant that has calories and nutritional info for each dish readily available. My online order was ready in half the estimated time and everything was delicious and fresh.
