I really like Sweet Greens but the food from the Schaumburg location was not as fresh as they usually do in the Oak Park location. Food today was meh. Sorry guys, the avocado was oxidated, chips were whatever was left from the bottom of the bag. No onions but I knew they did not have the onions available today. The presentation was lacking. Idk, usually they are so good. Not sure what happened with Schaumburg today. 03/11/24. Online order. Pick up using the sweet lane.

As a delivery it’s very big frustration, even it’s rush hour there’s just one staff working others are invisible… for one bowl of salad prep took 20 minutes 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️

Great tasting food but way too long of a wait time. If you order online, prepare for at least a 30 minute wait time past the estimated time they give you. We went in around 12pm and the pick up counter had a bunch of salads that needed to be prepared ahead of ours. It was also really annoying that our order in the app did not say what our name was, so we could not track down where we were in the salad line when we asked the people preparing the food. The app itself also does not have an accurate estimated time which does not help. (I guess the name for the order comes from what your username is in the app, but the people preparing the salad did not bother to say that when we asked where our food was).
If you’re coming in to pick up food, save yourself the hassle and just order when you get in the store. Way easier. Also the food is pricy so make sure you get a coupon from the app, which seems to be random when you get it.

It was okay definitely not worth the price. My first time here didn’t really know what to expect and I am not impressed. I got the southwest chicken fajita. The white rice was all mushy.
