I've been going to Sweet Kneads bakery once or twice a year when I go into Farmington for business... (It's my reward)... And it never disappoints!
The bars are absolutely delightful, and that is typically what we get, a bunch of bars! Some of our favorites are the nanimo bars, the fruit princess bars, (especially the cherry), and the fudgy oatmeal bars. Though I've never had one that I didn't like!! They also have delicious breads, and the types that I've tried of those were all light and flavorful, (favorite being the cinnamon swirl, especially as French toast the next day)! On my most recent visit I picked up a couple day old pecan rolls, and I truly sat down and tried to figure out when I've ever had a better pecan roll, and I decided I haven't... It's the best pecan roll I've ever had!! The frosted cut out cookies are good too, though I don't often pay much for cookies so that has to be a special treat for kids. And I'm not sure that I've ever tried their donuts, but they look amazing!
My most recent visit was the first time I visited at the new store front, (which is conveniently located immediately next to the old), and I love the amount of space that it provides the bakery, (though I do miss the nostalgia of the old place)! But overall the atmosphere is nice! I highly recommend you swing in here for a delicious bar, bread or (my new fave) a pecan roll!

Lovely CLEAN store front with plenty of goodies to make someone smile. Soooo good. Even if day old bargain . Such a treat to stop here.
