Sweet Ella's is fantastic! I've never had a better cupcake in my life, gluten free or otherwise. The scones and coffee are also delicious! My favorite is the cherry almond oat scone. Give them a try!

I'm so glad I found this bakery. It's definitely a hidden gem in Pueblo. If you're vegan or just looking for some delicious baked goods, I highly recommend checking it out.
I'm from the Bay Area, where there are plenty of vegan bakeries--but not always using healthy ingredients. Not the case here!
I loaded up on scones, cookies, bagels, and cupcakes to bring home to my family. Everything was fantastic, but the showstopper for me were the maple pecan scones--so light and fluffy and NOT dry at all.
I hear they have vegan dinner rolls for the holidays--I'm sending my sister in to get me some to bring back =)

Very delicious, healthy sweet treats. I got a variety of cookies, scones and cupcakes. The facility is 100% gluten free, organic, refined sugar free and offers plenty of dairy free/vegan options. Friendly and personable owner. Highly recommend. I’m looking forward to returning soon!

Very kind owner and truly delicious food. Everything here is gluten free which is amazing. My mom is allergic to gluten so this was the perfect place to find sweet stocking stuffers. Even if you aren't gluten sensitive the food is delicious. Highly recommend the apple scone, warmed. Give it a try!

Such a lovely place for us to stop. We had delicious desserts, vegan too!!, and got to chit chat with THE sweet Ella and her friendly family. They really made us feel like this was a home away from home. We had to come back once more before we left! The scones were my favorite ;-)

This is the best bakery in town, hands down! I have been coming here for a year and have enjoyed everything they make. From the sweets to the amazing customer service you can't go wrong! Since the day I have been able to order from Sweet Ella’s, they have supported me in the gym and outside the gym. They have the best intentions of getting me the best quality foods to support me in my competitions for CrossFit and keeping me hydrated during them. Not only do they support me but they support my twin sister who was recently diagnosed with RA. The food helps with her inflammation and can easily fit it her gluten free diet. I love this place, food and friendships I’ve built. Stop by and grab some goodies that are made with great ingredients!

Omg! I traveled all the way from West Palm Beach, Florida to visit family and try this gluten free bakery I’ve heard so much about. We bought so many treats but the Blueberry lemon muffin was pure deliciousness and stole the show for me. 10 out of 10 for sure!

I was so excited to come here and get to try things I can actually enjoy without getting sick because of my dietary needs! I was so honored to get to meet Miss Ella! Her story and her parents fight for her health is reason alone to check this place out! Not to mention supporting a local business! And the best reward is all the choices!!!! By the way the lavender scone, macadamia cookie, and carrot cake were to die for!!!!
