The cake was good but a bit dry. The person also offered wire transfer as payment or cash but not visa card swipe and explained to find it too expensive. She was also friendly and even had written contract before accepting money. There in this document states "Please pick up your order on time to avoid additional charges. ($10.00) every half hour. This is due to limited refrigeration space and power cost". However I was 20 minutes late and called her when I was 8 minutes late to let her know it had a little bit of unforeseen traffic. I also attempted to pick up an hour or so early because I was in the area. To me (and according this document) it states that I should pay $10 if I crossed 30 minutes but I did not. My cake was also not chilled. Another reason I couldn't reasonably accept that I deserved paying a fee. Regardless I gave her the money because it's seemed like a very petty way to earn extra cash and I didn't feel like arguing over $10 bucks. I most likely would've always buy cakes from here (this is the my first purchase). For me, Everyone wants to make it but there legit reasonable ways to do so. I always leave genuine and honest reviews so I remove a star for the perception of the contract in favour of the business and another star for the slight driness of the cake. Overall, I cannot recommend such business owners to any of my friends or colleagues and I'm willing to find another bakery but I casually urge you to try the establishment and see if it's right for you.
