Literally the only grocer I've been too without public restrooms (ironically they have a posted restroom that customers are forbidden from using); employee I asked about the restrooms denied the very existence of said restrooms(despite the giant "restroom" lable above the door)and seemed barely conscious, save your time go to Hannaford.
Got a 16oz beer from a broken 6 pack and was told the one beer was $11.00. I had $65.00 worth of groceries and requested my money back. Makes me wonder how much everything else is marked up. Last time I’ll shop there. Much better service when Rob owned it.
Since Wentworths bought this place its gone down hill. Super expensive, nasty employees, and they ignore you if messaged about a problem. We no longer shop here. The coffee is never brewed and I was told by an old hag that it's up to the customer to let them know there's no coffee. If in going to do that then I need to be paid to do the deli's job because they can't handle it.

The third time we’ve had raw pizza once getting home. This was so raw the cheese just fell when you tried picking it up and you could barely see if it was even cut.
Sometimes has good deals. The staff is pretty friendly and ready to help

Wonderful grocery store,Clean, convenient, helpful and friendly staff. This store has a Good variety of products. If they don't have something that you are looking for they have special ordered it for me in the past. The only thing I would falt Swan Lake grocery for is the produce. But this may be because it does not sell as frequently. They do carry a wide variety of fresh produce! 😎
As an out of stater, I found this store to be a great place. Had everything we needed to grab for our weekend getaway. Prices were fair, most items cheaper than what i pay back home in Connecticut. The steaks I bought last night were way cheaper than my grocery stores and meat was fresher. Staff was pleasant and store has a great variety considering its size. Will make a point to stop again if visiting the area.

The store is clean and well-stocked and bigger inside than it looks from the outside. There are prepared foods available, both hot and cold (the chili and the soups are great). A great selection of groceries and beverages. Friendly employees.
Was hesitant to grab pizza from this place as we had a bad experience a couple years ago. Apparently, under New Management, nothing has changed. Was told 15 to 20 minutes at 3:30 in the afternoon when I called, showed up at 4:00 and it still wasn't done. $30 for a pizza and a breadstick that are so under cooked, I had to put them in my oven for ten minutes, after asking for them to be cooked well done. Good on you guys for donating to needy cats; but let's start with the little things first! Thanks, if I wanted to make pizza tonight I would have gone to hanafords where the yellow peppers aren't $5.99... Smh.............
It's an awesome store with everything you need. I see they let people from nearby camps fill water bottles, very neighborly. The deli is hidden off to the left when you enter. Great hot food for the lunch crowd! Excellent produce too.
