Nice vibe in the quiet part of Tainan. The staff were very friendly. There are variety of drinks offered ranging from light to strong cocktails as well as non-alcoholic alternatives. We went back the next day during the day to enjoy some more!
Coffee and tea are also served during the day. Lots of love and will be back to visit again!

Went in the early afternoon after having the beef soup nearby. Lovely and quaint place with amazing staff and stuff. The owner, Dan was super helpful and passionate. I shared that I was new to the area and he introduced many places for me to check out and explore. All of his introductions were a hit! The cream puff is also really amazing as a little snack between drinks. Would have loved to be back for an evening but didn't have chance to. Would surely introduce to others visiting the area.
Vibe is good. Cocktails are unique (especially the espresso martini, which had a freshly brewed espresso; papaya with cream foam is also tasty). Would definitely come back again!

loved this bar, so much so we came twice in a three-day stay! unique flavours (kombu, tomato, sesame) blended well, and helpful classification system to help you find what you like—which is perfect if you want to avoid the light / sweet / fizzy drinks that seem to dominate many menus. while the cocktails are delicious, Swallow thankfully avoids the pretense of many others of similar caliber🥂
this is because Mei, the owner, is not just a great bartender but also a warm host and a delight to chat with. truly made us feel like old friends and gave great tips for Tainan.
the space is a gorgeously restored building with thoughtful design touches throughout. perfect for cozying up with a book, your boo, or a group of friends.
