My wife and I recently had a delightful lunch experience at Suzu Sushi in Varberg. The service was truly exceptional - the staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and always had a smile on their faces. It was evident that they took pride in providing top-notch service to their customers. We opted for a sushi platter with 5 different maki variations, and we were not disappointed. Each variation was expertly crafted, showcasing a beautiful blend of flavors. The only minor suggestion would be to go easy on the sauce, but that's just a matter of personal preference. The portions were generous, and the quality of the ingredients used was evident in every bite. Despite some ongoing construction work right outside the restaurant, which slightly affected the atmosphere, the overall experience was well worth it. The presentation of the dishes was stunning, adding an extra touch to the already fantastic meal. In conclusion, we highly recommend Suzu Sushi to anyone in Varberg looking for a memorable sushi experience. The construction noise outside may create a less welcoming ambiance, but the impeccable service, high-quality ingredients, and delicious sushi make it worth every penny. The quality of the Sushi here was simply amazing. And it's quite cozy there as they did a great job decorating this small restaurant. Good to know: they don't have a toilet but there's a surprisingly clean toilet at the train station just two minutes away. Hands down amazing, food is phenomenal and owners are extremely caring and nice. Would recommend this place 10/10 times. Its the freshest and best tasting sushi i’ve ever had and i’ve been to a number of them. Ive eaten sushi from pretty much all the sushi bars in Varberg, but this one is the winner for sure. Nice interior design, wonderful staff, the plating is beautiful and the food nothing short of perfect, the prices are good as well. Its exactly what i want when im in a sushi mood. Very good food. Ordered bento, super big portion . Next time, I will definitely have sushi alone too . So far, it was great sushi ! Update: ordered sashimi and Philedelphia rolls.!!! Just fantastic! Extremely good Sushi with lots of unique variants, if youre a sushi enthusiast this place is a must to try out, theyre not afraid to innovate with their roll variations and the aburinigiri mix is the tastiest sushi i have eaten to this day! The ramen is excellent aswell with lots of flavours and a good course for that company that is tired of sushi or cant stand raw fish and seafood Dumpings however which is the gyoza are a bit too bland and boring compared to most things on the menu and id recommend staying away from those, it was a bit disapointing since im a big fan of quality dumplings Verdict is an amazing little mongolian resturant that is a proud mark on the city of Varberg, its not perfect but it is damn near it
