Susy Cakes has the most delicious vanilla cupcakes, and their cream cheese frosting is perfection!! I love that their buttercream is not disgustingly sweet. I also got to try their orange cranberry cake slice and it was wonderful. The pumpkin cheesecake is delightfully silky and melt-in-your-mouth! I’ll definitely be back! (Also, the manager on shift today was really nice and gave me an extra slice of cheesecake on the house—that kind of kindness wins over any customer!)

Box Cupcake Assortment
We usually go to Susie cakes and have had good experiences when eating cupcakes at the store but we placed an order for cupcakes for our engagement party and the experience was less than ideal. We ordered them a month in advance and went with their recommendations. The cupcakes were many hours late available for me to pick them up and the quality was horrible, folks at the party were asking if we home made them.
We ended up calling them and they gave us a full refund. We hope to have a better experience next time.

Overall I found it okay.
What I liked:
a) the old style dense(a bit hard) frosting
B) big portion
What I didn’t like:
A) it’s very sweet, the frosting is very sweet and so is the cake itself making it way too sweet to handle
B) quite expensive than other cake pastries in market
I would have given it a 4 if it wasn’t that sweet.
This place had lot of good reviews and we stopped by. We got red velvet and coconut tropical cup cake; both were excellent and delicious. They had several other cake slices available and would come again to try those.
