I have been going to this restaurant for years and I love it! The food is delicious and the presentation of the meal is beautiful! The staff are very friendly and welcoming! My first visit getting both takeout and dining in. was Not pleasant and it’s obvious that as a customer we are not permitted to provide our valid opinion of the food. This gentleman was not happy when I simply ask to replace something that had a DISGUSTING taste, while I waited for over $25 Dollars of additional food to go. But all he could do tell me why I should feel bad about my experience that gave his food’s taste a less than favorable review, and I should still pay for it. Let me just say that your location does not mirror the quality nor taste of your food nor the customer experience (at least for me as a first time customer). Today’s tip: respect the lifetime value of EVERY customer. If an order is placed and the food is NOT up to standard don’t abuse the customer for personal experience and focus on the little picture ($15 dollars); ask if there is something else you can get them and think about the big picture (the experience) and save the full transaction ($50 transaction) and the lifetime value of a customer.
