I've come for Birthday dinner with family for couple of years now. It's a restaurant suite for special occasions and kid friendly. Food here is high quality and deliberately prepared. A little bit pricey ☺️ but for quality is worth it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lots of staff working independently so service was disjointed and too much. Said no to more green tea and soups 3 times when asked by 3 different waitresses. One same waitress per table is enough so questions will not be asked repeatedly many times- very annoying. Chopsticks taken away when not finished eating yet without asking! Staff standing watching you eat making it uncomfortable and not relaxing at all. Too many disturbances from staff when you are trying to have a conversation along with loud noise coming from patrons in the private room. Ordered 2 lunch sets. One arrived in good time and finished by my guest and the other set was still in the kitchen. When I asked another new waitress about my set, she said we already asked the kitchen to speed up. How could you have asked the kitchen staff to speed up when you didn't even know that it's missing? Lying to customers is not a good idea. Apologise and quickly follow it up would have been better. Never felt relaxed at this establishment. More staff doesn't mean good service as in this case if you don't know how to manage them but the food was good though. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
