Came here for dinner with some friends. Their fried chicken sandwich was one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. Cooked to perfection and perfectly tender and juicy. Their bacon cheese fries were a very generous portion so plan on sharing them! The staff was extremely friendly and patient as we didn’t realize they closed 15 minutes after we arrived. They did not rush us and gave us plenty of time!

Fried Chicken
This is a nice little grill at the end of a very busy (in the summer) strip mall. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food comes out piping hot. Our burgers, hotdog, and chicken sandwich were all dandy. You can substitute fried chicken for any burger, which I did, and it was one of the best I have ever had.
Fountain drinks include pink lemonade and Cheerwine, among others. You order at the end of the bar; there is very limited seating both inside and out. You can get a great meal here while not having to spend $30 per person, which is a bonus.

Fried Chicken
Was visiting my sister and brother in law during their visit in Surf City. They raves about having this place for lunch so I was definitely down to give it a try. Got a combo with the surf dog and standard hotdog. The fries and hot dogs were so good. Staff was friendly. Nice stop for a quick and hearty meal that will not leave you lacking.

This place is really great. We went here the other day and I can’t believe I’ve never been before. The menu is really good - not overcrowded with too many options…it has the right number of options so you can actually pick out what you want.
The house chips are great. We definitely will be back and I recommend you check it out too.
Good food - service was good - atmosphere was laid back. It's a little pricy for what we got, but everything was good.

Chicken Tenders
We went here last night for dinner. We didn't realize they had a special kids' night (1/2 price, plus free ice cream sandwich or cone for dessert), so that was an added bonus. Everyone was so friendly and eager to please (something I have been seeing less and less of in service industries) and the food was fantastic! My husband and I both ordered the Hampstead Burger. It was the best burger I've had since moving to NC a year ago!!! I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be coming back!

The people were nice and welcoming, the music was great and everything was clean and tidy. The food was amazing! I had the Surf Burger and it was cooked and crafted to perfection. From the perfect bun to the amazing crispy fries. This was a great place to go after a long day at the beach. 10/10 recommend!

Incredibly courteous and polite staff! Plenty of wine, whiskey & food selctions to choose from. The location is super convenient,..across dunes from the beach. Kudos to all the staff(s). We will definitely return again and again and again! There is plenty of spacious parking. I would still give more than 5 stars if possible.

This welcoming restaurant has left the best impression. This was our first time here and they did not disappoint. The owner and staff were super friendly. The food is reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. My husband and I shared the 10 wing basket. We had them prepared half Sweet BBQ and Honey Sriracha, super tasty. We both got the blackened Mahi Tacos with fries and a drink. You get two tacos. I definitely could have ate another - they were mouthwatering. I highly recommend giving them a try. If we're ever in the area again we will definitely be back.
