We walked in and all the employees were working hard, preparing food and cleaning the dining area. Our food was fresh and delicious!! The dining associate Alysia was pleasant and checked on us as she was cleaning. We will definitely be back!! We bought 4 pints of frozen custard, recommended flavors from the employees, to take with us!! The frozen custard was soooo good as well!! Loved the food here. For a chicken sandwich, it was super flavorful and the people working were great. They had recommendations and they were friendly. I’d recommend for a quick lunch or fun dinner. We have been wanting to try this place for a while now! It was so good and fresh! The staff was very nice and the store was very clean! We got the buffalo chicken sandwich and the bacon avocado one with the rosemary pepper fries. Sooo freaking good! We will def be back again. The food was good. The booth seats, though, are not good. It moves when the other people sitting in the next booth are moving. It's like a see-saw. 5 stars for the food. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

UPDATE: The new staff has completely changed the dining experience here. The food is better than before, the restaurant is clean, and the people are friendly and inviting. I left a 3 star review a few months ago, but I tried it again tonight and I am so happy I did. The new management really kicked it up a notch! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

First time here, best chicken tenders I've ever had. Crunchy coating, perfectly cooked, tender and juicy chicken. The fries are good. And the portions are big. Great selection of sauces. The staff is excellent and answered any questions and gave us some recommendations. Dining area was clean. Super friendly staff! Price is a little high but food was good and fresh, I had chicken tenders and fries. Love the sauce variety available! I especially liked the Korean BBQ sauce. This was my first time at Super Chix. Kinyeta was extremely helpful helping me navigate the menu and decide on a chicken slider kids meal. The food was delicious and Kinyeta continued to check in on us to make sure we were enjoying our food. She gave me a sample of the AMAZING custard and gave us a coupon to come back.
