Got a veggie breakfast burrito which was very yummy. Partner got the chicken and waffles and said they weren't very good. Restaurant is on a not so pretty beach. Staff was friendly and attentive. I do like dining here when craving some traditional local cuisine, and it never fails to satisfy. The food is always tasty, and the view from within looking out to the Caribbean Sea is spectacular, to say the least. A good place to eat and take in the clear blue water of the Caribbean Sea. We stay at the Timothy Beach Resort every trip & this is where we eat breakfast. Had about every item on the menu. We love the snack bites at lunch beachside. Banana pancakes, salt fish roti, omelettes, French toast… it’s all good! On certain days the cook can sing country music like a champ :) and we love it. Crispy chicken wings at lunch and smoothies all day. Get the Ting with A Sting too! Best way to start the day is Sunset Cafe!

Food, drink and service were very good -- if you're staying at Timothy Beach Resort, having a meal (or just coffee) at the Sunset Restaurant or a drink at the Dock is a very nice experience. [Food can also be delivered to the Dock from the Sunset Restaurant.] Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had numerous breakfasts, lunches and dinners while staying at the Timothy beach resort. The service is great and the staff are so friendly. We got a big hug from Kimberly on our last night here. Try the fruit infused pancakes for breakfast or the salt fish, if you want to eat like a local! The ribs and mahi mahi are also delicious as are the coconut shrimp. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Sunset Restaurant. Slow, slow and slow. I waited 40 mins for a pot of hot water to accompany my tea selection. One guest waited an hour for a bottle of wine. The service is beyond poor to the point of insulting to holidaying visitors. The food quality is great - when it finally arrives. This island is relaxed and that’s its charm, but to take service to this extreme is a worrying turn. The hotel is uniquely positioned on the end of The Strip where much of the nightlife is based. By improving the restaurant and service the management could make a serious boost to not only its reputation but also for revenue; turning it from a place you walk away from to a point of genuine interest and attraction. The longer it continues to remain this way demonstrates the lack of attention and consideration they award to paying guests. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
