Very enthusiastic and friendly staffs. Never failed to meet expectations. Fast and prompt service. Not too crowded during weekends too.
Afternoon tea could be enjoyable but could skipped for evening cocktails which was better and cakes were also available along with other finger food and cheese.
Very good and adequate choices for breakfast. If looking for vegetarian then they were available on ground floor. Sparkling was sweet and refreshing.
