We finally got this well known chain store fair-priced steak house in our area so we decided to try it in person. We did Food Panda delivery previously but steak and the sides should be eaten on the hot skillet to have the best experience. We ordered the stripe steak and they were decent portion for the price. It's a fast food steak house and fun for th kid to watch the steak on the sizzling skillet. The soup and drink are self serve and unlimited. The meal came with a hot baked roll with creamy filling which was pretty good. Overall if you want night market style steaks this is the place to be.
We ordered two set meals of chicken cutlet and steak. They only cost us 420 NT dollars in total. It is not expensive. You can have a bun for each set meal, unlimited drinks and corn soup for free. The medium-well steak is delicious and chicken cutlet is tasty. Even the corn soup is also flavorful. Besides, the environment in the restaurant is clean. Waiters will clean up empty bowls to keeping the dining table tidy. I think we have good service. All in all, this restaurant is really good value for the money. I will visit it again and l recommend this restaurant to you.
這是我遇過最差勁的櫃檯人員了，櫃檯有三個女員工卻沒一個願意讓我點餐。三個就圍在櫃檯聊天，其中一個看到我也沒有動作還是繼續聊天。直到約三分鐘後才有說有笑的叫另一個女員工去櫃檯替我點餐。注意到我的那位女員工名牌掛著副店長，這就是員工素質？由副店長率先無視顧客聊天？請貴店能加強員工訓練嗎？沒人排隊只有我一個站在那，就讓我站在櫃檯前約6分鐘沒一個願意點餐的。後面其他顧客進門，看看照片二個員工還在聊天！她們面前可是有顧客要點餐的！
結果後面拿到餐點，肉就不說了。烏龍麵是很貴？麵量3小口就沒了！？整個大縮水。之前買麵還是滿滿的！紅茶蓋上還有紅茶。照片這還是我擦拭過的，可想拿出來的時候是多慘。玉米濃湯還是冷的！不意外，員工都在聊天等下班誰會去替顧客注意到湯是不是冷了！外帶如何加麵！？
不想接顧客那就關門，看員工素質就知道這店是在敲盤子。別家都不會這樣搞餐點也不會縮水偷工減料！還有員工衛生！
真的氣到很想讓媒體關注一下看能不能改善！其他間都正常只有深溪店這樣惡劣！常常光顧的顧客卻被這樣耍！看來貴店預計要炒短期回本？？

如果有突發狀況，店員總計三人會待在櫃檯聊天到無視顧客，是有什麼突發狀況！？我是欠貴店什麼了？要被當豬肉宰！？下次再去見證？這次損失自己承擔？會不會太誇張？？？？
