Update 3/10/24 Still a very nice shopping experience. Deli counter is very nice -helpful and patient counter help. This store has a nice selection of items you cant always get at larger stores. Worth a stop. Can be on the expensive side. Not everything. Original review begins here ~ Pretty nice little market with helpful employees. Meat market counter has a nice selection of items you don't always see. We buy fresh mussels there which are difficult to find. Really good whole roasted chickens ~ not too much salt. Small but pretty nice alcohol area with a pretty good selection.

Cheese is always on sale here! The bakery makes fresh loaves of bread and sells them for a great price. I bought a Deli swirl rye loaf for less than $3. Quality is good. Selection is good. Beer and liquor for sale. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice people. Good selection of products. Generally good produce. Best donuts anywhere. No fault with any of that. But... the prices. The prices range from a little higher than elsewhere to laughably high. I had hoped when Sullivan's was purchased by a larger conglomerate that the increased buying power would lead to better prices. Instead they have gone up even more. There are occasionally good sale prices, and sometimes hilariously silly sale prices (eg, 2 cents off a 5 dollar item). If you are shopping for more than a couple items, go to the evil superstore and save like 30 to 50%.
