I can't speak to the sweets, but I can speak to the ownership and leadership! I accidentally purchased a giftcard for someone over christmas thinking this shop was in St. Charles IL. I emailed the info@ assuming I would never hear back. Even though its a very busy time for businesses/people in general, they got back to me and refunded my card for MY mistake! This was a very smooth process! I needed a small cake, inquired about it, received a response in a timely manner, and got my son’s birthday cake with no problem! Everything was perfect and I will be shopping with them again ❤️
