This place is super cool but the vibe has changed over the past year. I don’t feel as welcome anymore and having them make anything makes me feel like a nuisance. Personality is lacking, didn’t feel welcome the last two times I’ve been. Probably would have been more willing to buy things if I felt more welcome, but all I wanted to do was leave. The soul is gone. I like some of the new ideas though, like the ice cream cookies and the new cakes.
Edit// went a third time and the two young ladies working were very nice and sweet, felt welcome and the atmosphere was definitely better than the previous two times.

I always have a pleasant experience when I go to Sugar Shack. Especially this evening since we went right before closing and the young man working was just the kindest person providing the best service despite the late hour. The ice cream here is way better than other places I've been, and there's always a cool treasure or gift to be found.

This quaint little shack is packed full of candy, sweets, confections, and delights sure to have something to please little kids and even the inner kid on the adults.
Souvenirs and collectibles as well as plush animals make this a great place to birthday shop as well as just about every other occasion.
The staff are always pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable!
