I come to this location 2-4 times a week and order 15-20 min ahead on the app on the way to work since I have an hour drive, the food here is excellent quality and have never had an issue before but here lately the new employees need to be better trained. The past 5 online orders I've done have been wrong. I order an Italian double meat BLT, nothing special, first 4 times I paid for double meat and only got the single order amount ($8 for DM wasted) and this time I just picked it up 15 min ago and asked if was before I left, the guy said yes, and I left. Get in to car and 5 min down the road I open it up to see its the wrong bread now 🙃 I can't eat the Italian Herbs bread so that was a mess. I did call the store twice and no answer.
I always leave a $2-3 tip no matter the order (except this time), if it's larger I'll leave a $5 tip but I guess that wasted money here recently.
Please have any new employees know what to look for on the receipts. Sorry for the review but I've wasted too much money to not say something.

It's always a good place and family friendly. Food is amazing compared to surrounding Subways this one here is a gold mine. Always great service never any problems Amber is a great sandwich maker. Karen is also lol good ol Karen.
