Did a online order for a few subs, mine had raw bacon and soaked bread so I took it back after I had just picked it up and got home, when walking in i immediately noticed the negative energy, the sandwich maker immediately had a attitude that I was bringing a sandwich back in although no one else was there at this time, I explained the issues with my sandwich and showed the male employee there the raw bacon and wet bread. He first took about 5 min messing with the computer trying to pull up the order and when he finally found it he started to argue that the order said to make the sandwich with oil all over the bread after cooking” I again explained that was my friends sandwich not mine” he pulled the recipe and there it is just like I said. So then I said I need the meat microwaved separately first than put it on the bread and toast it, I didn’t want anything else on it except a little sauce just as it said on the order, but the male employee started to argue with me again saying that’s how they make it and that’s how he is wanting to make it again, just by toasting it, so i again am arguing with the 16 year old male employee while the female employee makes faces next to him, she then Buts in and tells me I shouldn’t be going back and forth with him he is a 16 year old and I’m a full grown woman, than she started to say I had a attitude when I walked in! There are cameras everywhere and you can clearly see and hear what happened, she makes me the sandwich and gives it to me after acting like I’m crazy for wanting my meat cooked all the way first, idk who does the hiring here but customer service is lacking pretty bad, just remake the sandwich it’s not that big of a deal but these kids that obviously have a issue with work made this entire situation a issue when I just wanted to eat my 6” chicken and bacon sandwich. They do way too much with the face expressions and attitude and eye rolls, i will be contacting the manager about this because if they treat me that way there are other customers they will do the same to. I definitely will not be going back to this location. Get you’re store together that was beyond ridiculous to have to deal with, the woman refused to give her name but of course wanted to pose for a pic with her nasty attitude. The male employee who is completely lost and very argumentative. I would have waited as long as it took for him to learn, but don’t come at me because you messed my food up and don’t want to take the 40seconds to make it again. Employees were really nice, patient with our choosing items, quick and efficient. We were surprised at the limited seating and unavailability to use coupons, but still had a good meal. Terrible customer service by the employee who was making my sandwich. So much so that I turned around and walked out mid sandwich making. The employee seemed like he could care less when trying to make my food, grabbing a 6 inch loaf that looked under size and already torn apart. I mentioned something, he said “No, they are all like this.” Another employee was helping out a customer behind me with much better quality service and product. After meat and toasting, the employee I had grabbed four tomatoes and stacked them on the sandwich on top of one another. I asked him to spread them out, and he said “this is what you’re getting.” Between his attitude and the sorriest excuse for a subway sandwich I’ve ever seen, it was time to leave. Management, please have your employee take a little pride in the product they provide. I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Rude employees. Whoever it is that makes the sandwiches, that young lady is completely rude and still charged me extra for something I didn’t even get. If I could give them no stars I would. Won’t be coming back to this location at all. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Will NOT be going back here any time soon! My order of two hot sandwiches, chips and cookies was sitting by the cash register, ready to go. They asked for my money and I pulled out all that I had--a $50 bill. That's when they tell me they don't take $50s but I could go next door to the liquor store to get change. Nope. Not doing your job. Guess you are stuck with two, now cold sandwiches, chips and cookies. Ridiculous!! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Terrible experience! Visited this location because it’s close to my home. I’ve never been charged the same price for the same item at this location. The price varies wildly with each visit. Last Sunday I was charged $17.48 this Sunday ordered the EXACT same order, charged $24.16. Inquired why?? Was met with the most hateful attitude and lack of caring from the guy who was at the register. He was totally dismissive and rude. I explained this HUGE difference from one week to the next and was completely dismissed. He actually told me ‘don’t be such a Karen’. Far from being ‘a Karen’ when inquiring why my total is $8.00 higher from one week to the next. Never any Management at this location. I asked for the Manager/Owner and was told that Dedra was the Owner but they never know when she’ll drop by. Guess that explains the poor Customer Service…..if the Owner doesn’t care why should the Employees. Not going back……….
