Outstanding experience. My last one (a year ago) wasn't the best but since my recent visit there's a new manager named Chayce, new light fixtures and all. Everything looks cleaner, shines brighter, and the food is amazing but that's never not been the case. I mean talk about eating fresh! I don't know I think this new manager might have been exactly what Subway's needed all this time. She made me feel welcomed, her smile made me forget about all my problems, she's truly just a warm soul. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $1–10

Placed order at 10:44 am for pick up at 1:55. Pm, so I could grab my order on the way to work. At 1:39 I get an email stating my order was almost ready. I arrive on time-no food, fine I will go into the store to grab a drink. Come back still no food. I wait patiently at the counter. The worker doesn't acknowledge me at all, and instead starts making sandwiches for people. She yells at the gentlemen ordering as they could not hear what she had said with her head down towards the cutting counter. When I finally get her to acknowledge me, I tell her I was there for a pick up order (it was now 2:10 pm) She tells me they don't have any pick up orders and she can't help me. At that point the other worker (who I'm guessing was on break) tells her to check the POS. He goes over, pulls up my order ...which had never even been started on. The lady starts angrily throwing my sandwiches together (and slamming trays etc the entire time) while refusing to talk or even look at me. She finishes my sandwiches, shoves them across the counter, I try to thank her and say have a nice day, but she snarled rolled her eyes and just walked away. Just ordered subs from here with door dash and the subs were terrible. The messiest thing I've ever seen in my life all the subs were just over filled with way too much sauce and by the time we got them it's just completely all over the whole sub in wrapper and everything. Completely soggy and disgusting Food: 1 Service: 1

My experience was awful and I will never be coming back! 2 employees serving me were very unprofessional and one had no subway attire and was Very dirty and had a very vulgar and racially insensitive mouth. The other employee had served me, (5’8”, long brown hair and had 2 dark cloth bracelets on his right wrist, would give a name but did not have a name tag but his subway shirt did have the #30 on it if it helps) work environment was very dirty and the knives they used on my sandwich had either sauce or cheese covered on them. More than half the bins in the front had not been restocked and had food scattered in the inappropriate bins. Lastly after I had finally gotten my food I had used a coupon and cash to pay for my meal and firstly I did not get any cash back then when I had finally gotten my change, the amount was off! I was very un pleased with my visit and I tossed my sandwiches in the trash can out of disgust. 0 out of 5 stars for this location! Food is really good and well made... when you can actually get it. Often, it is out of all chicken, and if you order online, they will either issue a refund or wait until you come to pick it up to tell you. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1

Super dirty place. Old food in cooling bins and frozen over. Old food scraps around food storage bins. Floor is disgusting and no one cleans the tables. Should be closed if using the Covid excuse.

Disappointed. Lady working today was rude and didn't want to help. We stood around for 10 minutes before she decided to come out from the back. She greeted us by saying "what do you want". During our order, she did nothing but roll her eyes. She did the exact same thing to the next couple who came in. After she served them, she started telling everyone it was closed and she wasn't waiting on anyone else. Now, this was at 430pm. Confused as to what in the world is going on with this location. I don’t come to this subway often (just cause it’s in Walmart) but when I do I usually have decent service, today was a different story. There was one lady in front of me and I was waiting patiently, then I guess 3 more people walked in behind me and the one employee who was currently up front said LOUDLY to the other employee in the back “Everyone is lining up in here”. She said it with such a nasty attitude, I immediately stepped out of line and left. I’ve worked in food service for 15+ years and I’ve said what she said before but I did not say it in front of all the customers with the attitude she had and make them feel as if I didn’t want them there. There’s a time and place for things and in front of a line of customers was not the time!
