Do not go to this subway. Go to the nearby subway, 1200 E Davis St #134. The one on Davis does not disappoint, the one on cartwright however... They were missing multiple things I wanted (they were somehow basically out of bread?), and though I was first in line I was expected to wait 20+ minutes for vegetables to get chopped? They kind of just stood there confused and frustrated when they realized that I was not gonna say "oh ok you're bad at time management, i guess i'm not getting onions today" so i told them they should help their other customers, too. I expected one of them to go cut vegetables while the other helped the customers... but nope... neither went to chop vegetables... After my half-made sandwich had gone untouched for over 10 minutes, I asked for a 10% discount (price should match the service, and 10% was being nice just to prove a point...). All I got back was a lot of sas, she said "if u want a sandwich u can pay full price" - hey lady if you want customers you have to treat them with compassion and when u waste their time they want to be compensated, it's not my fault you are bad at prepping... it's yours... I walked out, grabbed some golden chick across the street, came back and am eating it here in the subway right now as i write this review, it took all of 7 minutes to leave and come back with two big and goldens (it's not what i wanted but it was cheaper and faster). I will never buy from this subway ever again (and I eat a lot of subway so your loss). Her name was Laura and she was THE MANAGER?? Oh look as I write this I hear her say more things they are out of. Poor kid just wanted a foot long cookie. does she know anything about prep?? bet you this establishment can make $10,000 more each month with a real manager. When a customer shows up to buy a $15 sandwich, you better just be nice and do what they want. Just go chop the onions, it's not that hard. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been coming to this subway ever since it was built and it never fails to disappoint me! It’s the only one with a drive thru in my area and I am disabled so I was very excited about it but according to every employee/mgr I’ve spoken with the drive thru doesn’t work but of course there is no sign posted to let the patrons know it doesn’t work! The employees/mgr has said just pull up to the window and honk so I’ve tried that and get ignored for up to 15 minutes! When I ask why it’s been broken for so long they say they don’t know who to call to get it fixed! I am so disappointed in this franchise and if they are not going to service their drive thru then they need to remove it or at least post it! This place is disgusting. I came in tables are dirty. I go to the bathroom there are dead grasshoppers everywhere and a full trashcan. The toilet is dirty. The sink is 30. I went up to order food, I started to place my order they didn’t notify me. They were out of half the stuff before I started. It took them a while to even ask if I needed help with two women Standing. Didn’t wash hands. Just put on gloves: this is by far one of the worst not only subway restaurants I’ve ever been in. I’ve been here a handful of times to grab lunch for my boss and I but I’ve never had such a bad experience. They are advertising that there under new management too which makes it worse. The employees were rude and putting what looked like old wilted vegetables on the sandwiches to the point that you couldn’t close the sandwich making them soggy by time you can eat them. Online order set to pickup at 825 arrived at 830 waited till 859 to recipe my order. Wouldn't have been so bad if the blaring music coming from the busted speaker wasn't severely increasing my social anxiety( and I mean blasting with a blown speaker). Staff finished with the current customer and then began my order. Still understable, however, the two other customers who came in after were simultaneously helped slow my online order down further. I should have read the reviews before hand sadly but I was in the area in a rush so I ordered 4 foot longs via mobile app for the bogo deal. My app told me my food was ready I get inside only for a young lady to read off what all they didn’t have I told her my food was ordered through the app and it was ready she said no the food was not prepared due to missing items she went on to make my sandwiches without the ham and gave me extra pepperoni the serving line was very nasty and none of the veggies looked fresh the guacamole had went from green to brown there were no cookies just nasty looking trays if I could have gotten a refund I would had. The health department need to pay this place a visit ASAP someone is going to end up sick the way the food is being handled here. I drove up to the window. Since they never came to the speaker to take my order. It was three workers sitting in the restaurant. They were laughing and talking. Looking right at me. So I got out to ask were they working the window. They preceded to tell me the window closes at 8pm. No signs visible and out of the three workers they couldn't come to the window and say that. I will never visit this Subway again. They are lazy and disrespectful and shouldn't be left alone to run a restaurant. All one of them had to do was come to the window and say it was closed and we had to come in. After all as I said there were no signs anywhere saying that. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Made a doordash order to pickup. It was never ready and their excuse was they took break at the same time. There were three teenagers not knowing, how to occupy or do their actual job. Severe several mistakes inconsistent, disrespectful, nothing was prepped, and the two other teens forgot to clock in as they were rushing. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Shut the place down!! I’ve given them chance after chance and I really wanted to like them but they just don’t care about food presentation or customer service. My protein bowl was given to me wrapped in plastic wrap because they didn’t have any lids and then my meat was whole instead of chopped up. The person that’s over this particular restaurant need to retrain all employees. Every week that I go here it’s always something. It's 3:25 Dec 17th Saturday afternoon. Whoever is working this shift ran up to the door and locked it as I was walking up. Seems suspicious you have employees locking themselves in your store during operation hours. Get better help. Multiple customers driving away.
