Every time I go here I am always shorted in my food. I got a tuna salad and the lady literally put about 5 pieces of spinach in the bowl. I asked for more. The salad did not fill even 1/3 of the bowl. I am done with this location. I’d rather travel to Daniel island and grab a salad. They are not stingy with their food. Eat here if you’re in the mood to be harassed by a bunch of rude, inflexible, no deviating-bean counters with no customer service skills amongst the entire staff. Only positives: clean & well maintained facility. Just beware, there might be a surcharge for using their front door and walking on their floor. Definitely don’t try to ask for your kid’s meatballs in a cup. It cost us four dollars extra and an argument to get our meatballs put in a cup instead of straight on the bread. These cups must be lined with gold. Zero stars. Do not recommend. Go to Firehouse Subs, Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s instead. The restaurant is clean and my sub was good, but there wasn’t much on it. I wouldn’t have gone if I had known they don’t accept the unsolicited coupons that Subway sends to my mailbox. I paid $7.99 for a thin 6 inch sub. The veggie portions were skimpy so I asked for more spinach. The lady added three more leaves😂

Did an online order pickup through the Subway app, send my coworker to pickup everyone’s lunch. He had no issue picking up their lunch but couldn’t hand over mine since it was a “DoorDash Order" and needed proof for DoorDash pickup. And when I went to go pick it up didn’t ask me for anything except my name. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place, I’d go to the on Walmart Supercenter Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
