Rude very very Rude employee. I came in on a Friday at 9:45 PM there were two people ahead of me and one behind me. I was told that they close at 10PM and would not be able to make my food because they doubt, they would be able to serve me before 10PM. Even though I was in there 15 MINTUES before closing. The customer and I behind me left. I called to report and was told the manger was not there. I do not appreciate your rude employee who at all and will be going to another Subway from here on out that serves till closing. Service Dine in Meal type Other Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Whewww, let me tell you this location was BUSY! The line was long, the online orders were rolling in, they were out of chocolate chip cookies and they only had two staff members on shift but it was WORTH the wait! Miss Judy and Savannah held it DOWN! No idea who the manager or owner of this location are but they OWE these ladies a raise and support because it was a load greater than any two ppl should bare. If you have it, tip your service workers because giving every customer a satisfactory experience is NOT easy! Keep going above and beyond Miss Judy and Savannah! Update:June 2023This was my go to place. The last few times that my husband and I visit was terrible. From the tearing up the vegetables to put on the sub to the smaller portions! This saddening. No one should be paying almost $10 for a sandwich to look like this. Barely anything on it. I'm done. Y'all have lost me as a customer. I'll just get my publix sub or Firehouse.The food be good but they are too slow fixing subs and I notice that they could work more on being a team instead of going to the back or taking your time so the other workers could do more work Price per person $10–20
I had the most terrible experience ever at this location on 1/25/23. Worst customer service in my entire life and I was threatened by a skinny black kid assuming male. When I asked what kind of cheese comes on a monster sandwich he replied he didn’t know he just works there🤷🏾‍♂️. As I was leaving he continued to yell and threatened me. I took my business else where. I am a disabled senior citizen and don’t deserve the disrespectful treatment I received today!!!!! I will never return to this location!

Order a sandwich, two sodas, and a cookie. Through Uber eats. Received only a sandwich. I have no problem with people who are not management not knowing what to do in the situation. I do have a problem with people being rude and dismissive. No effort was made whatsoever to address the issue. Very disappointing since I am and Avid Subway fan. So each of my friends are going to contact 10 of their friends and have them contact him of their friends to send one star reviews. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
I was thinking maybe I have a slightly higher standard because my first ever job was at Subway, but after reading some of the other reviews, I see it's not just me. This location is mediocre AT BEST. Out of the dozen or so times I've been there, 1 single time, there WASN'T a sticky disgusting mess beside the drink fountain. Their chips, cookies, and bottled drinks are very often not stocked, and same with the condiments. The counter is often very messy looking, and today the kid tried to cut my sandwich with a nasty knife, before I requested a clean one. Also, that same kid (didn't catch a name, but he's a tallish white kid with brown hair) needs to learn how to SPEAK to customers instead of mumbling to them. I've also seen, on more than one occasion, where there were multiple customers waiting to be served, but only 1 employee doing the work. Every time I go in there I hope for a different outcome, but after my visit yesterday, I don't much plan on returning. The only reason I ever started going there in the first place is because it's convenient on the way to work. I've gotten to the point, however, where I no longer believe it's even worth the time anymore. They need a serious overhaul in management, or they need to raise their standards by about 10 bars, or a little of bit both.

Ordered online and arrived at the designated time to pick up. Food wasn’t even started and then they took orders from walk in customers before they even began making our order. What’s the point of ordering online if our orders get made late and AFTER walk-ins? Staff was also extremely rude. Will not be coming back to this location and very disappointed. I'm a creature of habit, and sometimes I get on a subway kick. I will go for a couple of months where I will have a sandwich from Subway the same sandwich multiple times a week from subway. I know which subways in the area I can go to and expect to get my sandwich made properly and which ones I can't. This Subway is one that I generally try to avoid because nine times out of 10 there's something wrong with the sandwich. Unfortunately I've been working in the area for the last few days and I've noticed the glass they cover all the food with hasn't been cleaned any of the days that I've been in there. I also don't like a lot of meat on my sub and was just told today that the manager isn't going to make an exception to only put half the portion of meat on my sub anymore with the other half on the side even though no other Subway has a problem with it. I also watched them while I was in there and refuse to remake sandwiches for a woman whose order they messed up. This place just isn't clean and they don't have very good order accuracy or customer service. Wouldn't recommend it.
Worst Subway! Fat white lady that works there morning/lunch shift SO RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!!! Not only me but others especially the old people who struggle! I will not return there! They messed up my sandwich and proceeded to make me wait for theM TO FIX MY SANDWICH, while the line was already out the door! Just fix it make it right and let me be on my way! I understand things happen, but make it right! Time before I ordered online went to pick up and they closed the store early! I see them in there and ask them cancel my order bc online I checked out as a guest and they don’t allow you cancel your order when you order as guest! Teenage or early 20s boy was so rude to me when I tried to explain! I had to go back up there the next day and have them cancel the order. Just bad experiences at this location.
