Stopped by after ballgame to feed some hungry kids. No bread. Seriously? How does a sandwich shop not have any bread? Will not be back. With or without bread.

I had asked for white bread and they were out of it. They said the only thing they had was this 9 grain wheat which is fine but this is what it looked like when I got it. You can tell that that bread is very very old because it flakes off in pieces because it was so hard. The rest of the sandwich was good. Just couldn't eat the bun. Had I known that I would have got it on flatbread or something.

Everything was great as always at this Academy location, but they had a newmguy and he was learning so it was a bit slower. But I'm always satisfied after 2 years of going there regularly. Good job Mgmt. You've got a good team there. And the sandwiches.... Oh yes! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

They never get my online order right. It's the small things too. I ordered avocado on my sandwich and didn't get it. Paid two dollars extra for it. I ask for the bread to be toasted and didn't get that either. Very disappointed.👎👎 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Employees are always nice and do well. I did have an issue this one visit. I felt the advertising to be dishonest. I ordered pizzas and advertising on the board says add veggies free. So I did, I saw my receipt and let the employee know she charged me extra for the veggies, she said I’m sorry when I press the add veggies button it automatically adds it on its own. And said she would talk to “them” I’m guessing her boss about it. I wasn’t upset at her, I just didn’t like being charged extra for something that’s advertised to be free. Please fix this.

Amazing! Whoever was working on 11/14/21 around 430pm and 5 was so nice very productive and professional she was alone and had so many people in line but still gave us amazing service and was so friendly. Give her a raise! I wish I got her name!! Other customer's said the same
