Love this place. The sweet Sandwich Artist was very professional and courteous. I love the beautiful food and atmosphere. I'll come back again and again. Never to the College Subway location. I love this one. 5-Star quality. Only negative is the options of soft drinks. That's all. This is the third time I've been here, the last two I thought maybe they were just having a bad day but this is the last time I go here. The service is always horrible! Today the server had on a hooded jacket, looked and acted like a thug from the ghettos with a bird feather tied into his dreadlocks. He acted irritated for having to make a sandwich and his manners were absolutely uncalled for. The attitude at the place has been very unprofessional on every visit. So I ordered my sandwich today from Lani and when it came time to put my veggies on I said oh no your not toasting that are you she grabbed it out very quickly and said you told me to toast it and I told her I have been ordering for myself now for many many years and she started an argument with me over my food order I told her I would even still take it but she threw it away fast and with some comments along with it so I told her sorry and we were just going to leave and she said something else and then it escalated very fast she threw something in the back of the store and broke something with her phone she got so upset I don’t want her to lose her job but wow she made my sandwich one time and thought I forgot how I ate my own sandwich I have no teeth and it gets to hard but anyways she shouldn’t have ever gotten that upset over really nothing I hope her day gets better but watch out going there and speak clearly the other employees were shocked at what was going on all I did was went back to get the number for Corporate to let them know what just happened today and that is what kept making her mad Service: 1

The owner that runs this business should watch the employees how they are behaving with the customers. Ordered 2 subs and one small drink . Tried to get the sprite from the fountain and it's fizzing out . Mostly the bib is out or didn't fix the bib properly. Tried to tell the employee that the sprite is not working so she can check it before other customers use it . And she didn't think for a second and said that it's not working for the last 3 years .And we asked why don't you put the out of order sign . And said the owner doesn't allow them to put out of order sign on anything that's not working. The owner should train the employees how to treat customers. When we are questioning she threatened us that she will call police . I have seen there is one more complaint last month about the employee. Co worker rude and racial profiling. Because the tiny woman got something wrong with her. She kept yelling I'm calling cops. You call cops if someone threatened you. The lady who worked there was seriously amazing but it was her last week. The food was okay at best it looked gross. Especially things like avocado or tuna. If I could give zero stars I would!! Subway just lost a regular customer! I ordered a Subway Turkey Breast Melt footling sandwich for delivery. I paid $4.15 extra for double protein, requested extra olives, extra pickles, American cheese, less spinach, onions, Reg Mayo less mustard, pepper, less salt. My foot long had hardly anything on it and definitely NOT double protein, there were like 2 onion slices, maybe 6 olives and 6 pickles and I paid $17.00 plus tax, plus delivery fee plus delivery tip it came to just under $30.00. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, she said she made the sandwich herself and she put the correct amount on it but she couldn’t remember if I ordered deluxe or extra protein. She kept saying anything over 6 is extra and I kept telling her there was literally NOTHING on my sandwich! I told her I was not happy with my order and she just kept saying you got what you ordered. She didn’t offer any type of solution or apologize that I was unhappy with my order. I finally told her I would be contacting corporate to complain and she hung up on me. I order from Subway every single week sometimes more than once a week. They have now lost my business. I’ll never order from Subway again and will take my business elsewhere. My experience was not so good. I went to the subway on 121 w township Fayetteville ar 72703 on 6/28/23 at 630pm-6-45ish I don’t know her name she didn’t have a name tag on was working by herself I came in with me and my boyfriend and she had a horrible attitude she was throwing bread on the counter and you could tell that she was very very upset about something. My boyfriend started what he wanted and then it was my turn of what I wanted and I told her white bread and she goes what meat and I specifically tell her I wanted teriyaki chicken and I guess she didn’t hear me so she yells WHAT KIND WE HAVE FOUR different types and I repeated myself she then begins to put it on the bread and I ask her not to yell at me. She got very hostile and was like get out of my store. You’ve guys been very rude since you stepped in get out. I’ve been trying to contact the manager to talk to her about the situation because I just wanted a sandwich man😭😂 PS:very racially profiled. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
