Changing my review to update the terrible service I just received. The 50-something yr old woman working the counter of a subway has a terrible attitude when I informed her my subs were made incorrectly. She caught some kind of attitude so I responded in kind and immediately reached out to corporate. I will not return to any subway after this interaction. Not only does the subway have roaches as they were crawling all over the cases, They also refused to take coupons that SUBWAY® sent to you through the mail. I ordered the great garlic, which specifically says on the coupon that it isn’t excluded And instead of spending the nine dollars for my meal, I spent almost $17 for it. This was the worst customer service that I've ever had. I walk in and I'm hit with a blast of heat like 5 minutes of being in this furnace I'm sweating like crazy and not to mention the absolutely hateful employee like all I wanted was a regular Italian sub and then she hatefully says there is a whole menu board up there to figure out what you want and the place was covered in flys and also I would like to mention that the lettuce was old and starting to turn brown like in my 21 years I've never had this bad of a experience at a subway we will NEVER EVER eat here again also that employee needs a severe attitude adjustment like I was super close to going off on her I highly recommend going to another subway to eat like it was so hot I thought I was in a oven cooking like please save your money and your sanity and go elsewhere trust me it's worth it. Don’t bother trying to use a coupon here. Whenever I tried to use my coupon, they said sorry we don’t accept your sandwich with that coupon. There’s nothing about the sandwich not be included on it and he said it was “store policy” . Absolutely outrageous. This should be posted, or maybe don’t send the coupons out if you’re not going to honor it.

Wish I could rate this place 0 stars. I ordered delivery through the Subway app and my food never came, so I called the restaurant and the employee who answered was rude and unhelpful. Apparently Subway can just take your money and not give you the food you purchased. I'm definitely calling corporate on this one. Service Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

For some reason, this subway has a hard time making a sub that tastes good. They had barely any drink options; their coke zero tastes like lime and their other sodas were out of syrup. I got a chicken bacon ranch and it was barely filled. They used the rotisserie chicken... never had that be the default chicken for this sandwich. Ingredients didn't taste fresh at all and nothing really had flavor. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Was there last night and today. The staff last night were on point, one took my order while the other cleaned.. Today these women were extremely fast, and in sync with each other's movements on making everyone's meals.. 3 drive thru orders, 3 ppl in front of me in line, and I was out of there within 10 min! My sandwich was fresh and tasted great! And My groceries didn't melt in the car, great service! Thanks!

Host order 6826451930130021 When I 1st walked to the door it was locked and the time on the door the door said 8 AM, for opening time on Friday the 18th. So I waited 10 minutes for her to open up. Soon as I walked in She asked me What I'm am I having in a rude tone. I asked her which opening time was correct because Google said 9am and the door said 8am. Very aggravated she responded that they opened at 9am. I asked because I usually don't make it to Subway in the morning. I usually go every day in the afternoon after my 2 hour swim, But I went very early today. I brushed it off and asked her how she was doing. I stayed polite during the whole transaction which was very hard! Then we went through the normal transaction of picking everything out. When she asked I told her I wanted a 6". She didn't listen and gave me a 12. And when she opened the toaster A bowl water fell out And splashed on half of the sandwich. She didn't miss a beat and just kept prepping the sandwich. I didn't express my aggravation. Only Because I didn't want to blow my top and get into an argument with her. She seemed to be having a bad enough day. I cannot provide the transaction ID because most of it's covered from the water on the top of the receipt. This is the 1st time I have had this kind of experience with Subway. Most of the workers that I have Interactions with are usually nice and playful. I'm starting to do my swim very early in the morning now. And dreadfully I feel that I might have to find a new sandwich shop. Due to my multiple sclerosis I have to try to avoid stress. And any more interactions with this lady It's bound To make me lose my temper. Worst experience I've ever had at a Subway and I'm from Brooklyn New York!!!!

Was here maybe 30 minutes ago. Dead fly in my sub. That was the only one I found, I could have eaten more, who knows. Not to mention a couple of years ago, I had a gastro-intestinal infection for the first time ever just hours after eating at this location. So I see nothing has changed. Staff was very polite and nice, but that alone and convenience in distance is not worth going to this disgusting location ever again.
