On Wednesday we ordered 3 subs for delivery. About 30 minutes later the manager called and said they were out of bread. Come on now. So naturally I was like cancel the order. After about a week of waiting for a refund, me and Matt went up there and inquired about our order. The store manager replaced our subs and that was it. Update went to day to pick up a sub and it was made wrong not once but twice. I'm talking the manager Amanda is absolutely rude. I would avoid this location at all costs if you want your subs made how you want them, not whatever they feel like giving you. When I came in there was only 1 employee up front, he mentioned the other being in the bathroom. They ere very busy. The employee working the line was doing his absolute best but the other one came back from the bathroom and didn't even wash his hands before putting gloves on. GROSS!!! He wasn't friendly at all. Every time he didn't have an ingredient on the line he rolled his eyes at the customer before going to the back to get it. He was slamming lids and condiment bottles. It was very uncomfortable for me and it wasn't even my order. The man that seemed to be in charge was GREAT Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
My review is just to inform anyone wanting to use the coupons at this particular location. Just an fyi, to date this location doesn’t accept corporate coupons. Franchise owners with subway can decide if their location accepts mailer coupons or not. The girl that was training the other girl was do buddy and had an attitude problem. Our sandwiches were extremely scarse on the meat and toppings. Then she wanted to try to tell me how my sandwich should be. Little girl do what customers request when you're making their food in which they are paying for. And get rid of the attitude. We placed 2 online orders that were scheduled to be ready at 440 I got there to pick it up a few minutes after they hadn't started making the food yet. They were out of white bread and only had one order. Have no idea about the second. I showed both confirmation numbers Spoke to the store owner and the manager Was there over thirty minutes ended up leaving the store without Is my food or my money It was absolute catastrophe I am very upset and I am Going to tell everyone I know about This experience I was offered no Solution to this problem, at the very least. They should have given me my food for free. After being there for 30 minutes now. I'm tasked with figuring out something else for dinner. After wasting time at this disgusting location. I hope I can drive as many people as I can away from that particular Subway. And after this experience, I will never step foot in another Subway again. You have lost a loyal customer. I wish I had read the reviews before I went like this is a constant problem for them. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else anywhere else. These people are thieves. I still haven't gotten all my money back. Gonna have to contact my bank. And I am absolutely reporting to the Better Business Bureau. In a junky area. However the inside is modern and up to date. The staff obviously don’t feel like working any time or any day. Ordered online and went to pick it up. The woman at the cash register said they didn’t get my order from the app then proceeded to ask everyone. They all told each other they didn’t get it. I went to my car thinking I may have ordered at a different store to get my phone to check. Went back in and they handed me my sub. Not a lot of communication going on here. Still it’s Subway. Not a steak house.
Just FYI: I don't usually rant on here but I have been to two different Subways, one on West Hudson and one on Garrison and both times I ordered online (to save time). Each time I arrived after waiting 20 minutes to show up to the restaurant, my order was still not ready and I had to wait about 20 more minutes for the order to be ready and this time I waited that long and they didn't even have meatballs which was for two of my subs😡(waited even longer) I actually wanted a refund but the young man called someone on his personal phone and said he wasn't old enough to issue them and I would have to wait until the next day when the manager came in. He was at both locations and I believe he is the manager's son. He's never friendly and he walked around both times acting like he was cleaning while the young ladies made 4 subs by themselves. It's ridiculous and I will be calling the corporate office on Tuesday because they're probably closed Monday. This is the reason I usually eat at home.
