Worst subway I've been to . Order on the app picked up my order got home and my order is wrong by a long shot . Went back to the subway, and the young man with curly black hair and glasses seemed annoyed that I came back . Explained what was wrong, and he went to remake my order and still made it somewhat wrong . At this point, I knew he would never be able to make it the way I wanted . I'm not sure how he is able to continue making food, but some retraining couldn't hurt . I know what the order said and just don't understand how or why it couldn't be done correctly the first time . A little pride in what you do is everything . Greeting your customers with a smile or hello, how may I help you today. And most of all, being thankful to those who come their to buy the food . I got none of that at this store . Not to say it's always been that way, just with this young person . I'm very disappointed in this subway store, and this evening shift . Just left from there and the atmosphere was not welcoming. They were cleaning up and shutting down A HOUR EARLY and had the nerve to catch an attitude when my family walked in!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The meat section has a cover that won’t let me if the meat and cheese is fresh super annoying Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Place says they close at 9:30pm. Came in at 9pm and they’re closed. The people are in their cleaning. They need to modify their hours this is not the first time, I’ve been around 8:30pm and they’ve been closed.

The crew had the doors locked before close and refused to let me in to order. How is this okay? You guys are scheduled hours of operation for a reason it’s not like you work for free, you’re paid by hour. So you’re just going to sit for the last hour and not take any business I don’t even think you should be employed! I’d like to be contacted by management. Service: 1
Cucumbers were moldy and you could see the white fluff all across the top of them - pointed it out to the ppl behind the counter and they said ‘no it’s not’ lol. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Fails everytime with online order. Never do they add extra ingredients when asked to do. Both sandwiches came dried and little ingredients. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Ordered two sub sandwiches online and paid. Went to pick it up at suggested time and they didn’t have the ingredients for my order. Requested refund but they said I must speak to the manager - took my number but never received a call. Two days later walked in and the manager said she couldn’t do anything for me and that I would have to file a dispute with my credit card company. They were all lacking professionalism😢. I am still waiting for my refund of less than $20. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
Thank to the 2 ladies that were working yesterday...great attitudes great service great food! Wanted to treat my staff to lunch and we are soooo sick of pizza! Decided to go get subs fresh bread fresh veggies great service couldn't ask for more! Will be back for sure!

Here we go again with terrible customer service. But this time I have an excuse. Well I never go to Subway hardly but this time a coupon in the mail made me. It's close to closing time so I understand that the employees may have had a long day. But that's no excuse to make a paying customer feel like they are intruding by being there. I tried to get my simple order outta the way but I was made to feel as if they were doing me a favor for spending my money at Subway. I complain about the service ask to speak to a manager on duty was told there was no one in charge. I tried to get the ladies name who dealt with me the other employee refused to give it to me and then finally the employee comes from the back and gives me her name. I was told by the other employee that she doesn't speak English and that's why she was rude. Never again going to Subway it's a total disheartening experience.
