The employee was very stingy with the veggies. 3 small tomato slices on a foot long. When I was at the register one employee said to the other in a very condescending tone, “she was watching you like a hawk, was there an issue?” The other said in the same tone (as if I wasn’t standing right in front of them) “yes, she was and I don’t know.” Then looked at me and said, how are you doing? I will never understand why people work jobs that they don’t like. And I think if they were more supervision in Subways they wouldn’t be so bad in this way. Subway truly excels when it comes to their staff. The employees are always super friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist. Franchise owner seems to make up their own pricing. Staff tried to charge $3.99 for a kids sandwich plus $1.99 for a drink and an additional $1.49 for an applesauce totaling a whopping $7.47 when the menu shows $4.89 for all. That's nearly double the listed menu price. Staff said they have to charge separately. I don't think so...after some arguing and stating I wouldn't pay for any of the food ordered and would walk out they removed the charges for the kids juice box and applesauce. On top of all that $3.99 for a kids sandwich with 2 very thin pieces of meat, 1 slice of cheese and a few pickles is absurd. Felt like this was a hidden camera prank show from the experience. Terrible customer service from the Latina woman working. The young guy tried to be helpful. Corporate will be contacted in regards to franchise owner. Stopped at this store to get myself and my kids a sandwich and I was very happy with the service. Staff was very friendly and polite. My sandwich was made on old bread and no matter how many times I asked for more lettuce I ended up with a sandwich that was with hardly any vegetables on old chewy dry bread. Don't bother with this location. Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The last few times I have ordered from this location, my meatballs have been "stale" tasting, but tonight took the cake. Not only did they taste stale, half of them were burnt. I think I'll be driving the few extra minutes to another location from now on.

This is the worst customer service I've had at any subway, ever. The older lady that works there is super rude in how she engages with customers. The cashier, who was super nice, made an error and added an item by mistake. As we were working on refunding, the older lady interjects and then gets really aggressive. Will not go back to that place as long she works there. As a side note, the staff in that place don't seem to have received much training, and are not able to do some of the basic stuff. I'm not surprise this subway has very low rating from others too.
