Night crew horrible the young man was very nice the lady who is ringing people up has an attitude and rush you and when u spend over 30 dollars the worker shouldn't be mad they should be happy I spent a good amount on some plain meat

The worst experience ever. I made a order online turkey footlong sub with double meat no cheese and I made it a combo. I go to pick it up. There's no double meat $4 there's extra cheese and so when I ask for the corrections I'm told I'm wrong so they look at the order make the corrections it's still had cheese on it still didn't have all the meat. Just give it to me I won't be back. I go to make my drink and get my chips. I'm accused of stealing when I paid for my order online and I had already spoken with the cashier. who knew I paid for the order online and handed me the sandwich the reason my order was wrong is because they didn't read the order and had the nerve to accuse me of stealing please do not go to this place this was a belittling humiliating frustrating experience that I didn't deserve Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Haven't been to this location in a while and will not be back. Bread was stale and the meat was bland. Absolutely horrible custoner service and I'm in the service industry. I recommend the other OB locations as this location is not good. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Place is clean but they don't listen when you order! Second time I have been here and asked for a subway club DOUBLE meat. She makes it no double meat and then puts bacon on instead of roast beef. I ask where the roast beef was and why there was bacon, the guy next to her explained it to her and she changed it and put it back in the tub after being on the sandwich. Then I get rang up WITH a tip and double meat that wasn't there for $16.14! I will go spend $20-30 somewhere else for lunch to get what I pay for AND ordered!! Then I hear the cashier say as I am walking out, "Oh I charged him for double meat and said nothing to me! Really Subway, you have gone down hill!! I go to this subway on hacks cross rd in olive branch, Ms all the time. The store is very clean, staff is friendly and very hard working. Food is always fresh and very quick. It looks like the owners are really trying hard to make their business better every day. A very good store. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The me stay this I gave them 1 star not for food. They have a short older Indian lady in there with a nasty attitude. She doesn't listen when your ordering just plain ugly. I try my hardest not to have her make my food because of her nasty attitude 😤. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Doing multiple things with the same gloves on not changing them after touching surfaces and then grabbing food. Rushing making the sandwich when I was the only customer so he could go sit back down and the sandwich is a complete mess. Rolled it up without even folding it. Do Not Trust this Subway location. I ordered a regular personal pepperoni pizza which was supposed to be 5.99(pizza) + $1.00(pepperoni). The employee put 4 pieces of pepperoni on the pizza as she should have. She did not no how to ring it up properly so she called the owner, whom I believe was her husband, to ring it up. He knowingly charged me for an extra portion of pepperoni bringing the total to over $9. For a location and franchisee that does not except the Franchise's coupons or discounts, this is unacceptable and I will more than likely not visit here or there other locations in this area as often again. I haven't been to Subway in a while(years). I was the only one in line. After less than a minute of entering this location the guy behind the counter with the language barrier started rushing me. He ask me what bread did I wanted then he chose it, asked me what length he chose as well. I asked him to slow down, then he start yelling at me asking me which one did I want. Well after repeatedly trying to tell and show him what he can't understand, I walked out even after the nice lady came and took over. This guy is very disrespectful. Check your mitch! You all lose my business this day. I gave a two because the place was clean and smelled fresh. Customer service means a lot. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10
