I really like Subway, and can enjoy everything on their menu. I had great service today with a long line. However, I got the meatball sub and it was very off. The sauce was too watery and this causes there to be no sauce on my sub. Just grey meatballs. I normally don’t complain but this was not very good. I will defiantly eat subway again, but that meatball sub was less than desirable. Please fix this for future customers. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I switch between McD and Subway depending what I am hankering for. Both are closed to each other on the western edge of Hopkins downtown by Shady Oak Rd. Most customers opt for takeout including me. Despite the below average reviews, I have never encountered bad services in my past visits. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

High prices and busy. That would be okay if the sandwich wasn't the skimpiest thing I'd ever seen at a subway. The sandwich was a joke. They gave me 6 leafs if spinach, 2 tablespoons of lettuce, and when I asked for more spinach they gave me literally 3 leafs. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worst subway shop ever. Anti friendly.The staff is wide disgusting. The have no manners attending, but much less preparing the sandwiches. They scam the ingredients preparing the sandwiches and overcharge extra fees for no reason. The old lady working in preparing the bread is everything but higienic. She roasted my sándwich until deep burn the cheese, and when I told her that I didn't want that burned black cheese, instead of understand it and prepare a new one, she started to remove some parts of the burned cheese whit her fingers, intended to put two pieces of cheese and retoast all again.....when I complained, she looked at me with a very angry face. I'll never be back that shop again, and also will recommend all my people not to do. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time I came to this location there is an older Mexican guy being so rude. Last time I have to remind him what I’ve order he threw out everything and remakes the sandwich. This time he was yelling at the customer. If they let this guy work here they will loose a lot of customers. I won’t come back to this location. Ordered online and picked it up. Got home to find 7 of my sandwich ingredients were missing, and onto of that they put olives on my sandwich which I did not order. Second sandwich was missing 3 ingredients. When I complained Mike, the "manager" asked me if I had the right location because his employees would not mess up like that and claimed they could not find the order.. I responded and still have not heard back and I bet I don't. Absolutely unacceptable

This location apparently resists corporate efforts to refresh the brand - same ingredients and same tired menu. I’ve tried this location a few times and have left disappointed on all occasions. I was told I could make a purchase through the app and they would substitute the sandwich that wasn’t available via the app. After ordering, the manager told me they wouldn’t do that and was unhelpful in finding a solution. The food was bland and extremely salty. Bathrooms were dirty. Management was unhelpful. Not a place I’ll return to.
