Subway is pretty near Ridgeland Common Park & Pool. Taste perfectly cooked tuna and good sandwiches. The atmosphere of hospitality of this restaurant highly depends on the staff, that is hospitable here. Service at Subway is something one can name nice. I love this location!!! The service is always excellent. The staff is super friendly. They are very quick and efficient with your orders. They have seated eating area that's always clean. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If the young lady was more focused on insuring I did not get a stale loaf rather than correcting me on the appropriate title of a sandwich option I would’ve had a better experience. I purposely request my sandwich not to be toasted in store to test the quality of bread received

Always have to ask for more toppings. They also look at you some type of way for wanting to use coupons that subway SENT to your home! Very frustrating when your a regular who never uses coupons! May not go back here again!!

Attendant who fixed my order was rude and had a very bad attitude as he made my sandwich I ordered online...didn't get the order correct and argued with me about "why didn't I order the regular steak and cheese if I want it like that"...extremely dissatisfied with my experience here as well as the sandwich I paid for...won't ever go here again and probably won't eat subway again because this stores experience has happened at other subways more than I'd like. 1/18/23 John was the server who had the bad attitude...was just there and my sandwich barely has meat on it and he wants to argue with me about it has enough...my footlong has maybe 2inches of bread missing steak as I'm debating with JOHN...ridiculous definitely done with subway... I had the roasted chicken it tasted like it was stored in the refrigerator with no lid or covering. Then the bread was hard extra hard not right meaning the bread was not fresh at all. I'm not happy about my experience 😞

I VISITED THIS SUBWAY AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISPLEASED... I HAD A COUPON TO PURCHASE A FOOTLONG BUY ONE GET ONE FREE, BUT NOT ALLOWED TO USE IT BECAUSE THIS SUBWAY WOULDN'T EXCEPT MY COUPON... NOW THIS SUBWAY IS LOCATED IN OAK PARK, ILLINOIS; EVEN THOUGH THE COUPONS WAS DISTRIBUTED TO OAK PARK RESIDENCE... I WAS OFFENDED OVER OVER THE EMPLOYEES RUDE, NASTY, PREJUDICE PERSONALITIES!!! Terrible! I’ve been to 5 different Subways throughout Melrose Park, Oak Park, and Chicago suburbs and this one is one of the most terrible I have ever tasted. I usually don’t mind the bad food because I’m hungry, but nah I couldn’t resist this one. That’s my opinion. But I recommend you guys not to attend this

Took order while on the phone, and as a result had to be stopped several times from screwing up the order. Looked a bit confused too - the very next customer was forced to repeat the start of his order as the person first set to listen to him while my sandwich was getting toasted, then turned around abruptly to take it out, leaving the coworker to start from beginning - lack of proper communication.

The staff at this subway is decent. The good thing is that they have a good attitude. Service could be a little faster if the employees don't off on a tangeant talking to each other, which can get annoying at times.
