This is the second time in a row within a time span of two weeks that I have made an order ahead of time online using their Subway app and I get there well after the time that the app stated my orders were ready and the people working there have not even started making my order! What is the point of making an order using the app ahead of time just to get there and have to wait over 15 minutes just to get two subs?!? I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Some great new options with cibatta bread, new drink options, and new sauces. Fresh cracked salt/pepper & fresh mozzarella. You can tell the owners care about the customer. It's clean and staff is always friendly. I also pass 2 other Subways in town to go to this location.

I will never eat here again. They actually thought this sandwich was fine. My husband bought extra tuna. It was spread thin like peanut butter. This was their second attempt.

Rude employees, older ladies making young kids make the sandwiches and no one is helping him. They were using the same knife for every sandwich order! Gross place! Won’t go back there! Wanted to order a 3 inch sub and was charged for a 6 inch with anyone telling me they charged me for a 6 inch and was told they don’t do 3 inch subs when I have got them multiple times. I'll start by saying I prefer the National Hwy location over this one, but they close earlier. This time I also chose to do an online order. I customized the sandwich and requested extra yellow Mustard. The sandwich was made as requested... Too well. The amount of Mustard on the sandwich ruined it, nothing else could be tasted. I could not take a single bite without the Mustard flooding out. I did ask for extra, but can we use some common sense? I will not use their online order again so I can see the sandwich made When picking up I entered the store with no greeting. I stood at the register, finally an employee acknowledged me "online order? Name?" I suppose it's too much to ask for friendly service. Went to go grab a quick sub, over an hour before they closed. Walked up to the door and there was a paper that said to go through the drive through. I have no issue with that, i just felt it easier to go inside to order bevause subs can be more complicated. Went to the drive through and it was online orders only. No menu. Nothing. When I worked fast food when I was way younger I saw employees get fired for these types of signs on the door. Will not try to go here after 5 o’clock again. Service Take out

Food looked to be made properly and appeared to be fresh, but the overall mood/vibe in the room was beyond unsettling.
