This order was terrible, usually I don’t have a problem here but tonight sealed it. Our order was wrong on both subs. One sub Barely had any chicken and had no bacon.. it was their chicken bacon ranch sub … Kicker is when I called to dispute, they were arguing with me about the subs. Not even offer to redo the subs and etc. No costumer service and when asked to speak with a manager they told me I could speak with one on Monday… … This subway lost my business. My daughter and I ordered 2 subs tonight. Both our bread were burnt so bad that that's all you could taste . Normally we use the ones on West Main St and they are awesome. I will never go back to this one.

I have to say, two of the best ladies I have seen in there. Both friendly, aware of the menu, suggestive selling without being pushy. On top of that, our subs were made perfectly. I couldn't ask for anything more unless it is to have my peanut butter cookies back, but the raspberry filled the slot. Great job girls. I will be back!!

Normally Subways are notorious for having horrible service. But this subway got me out within five minutes and the employees were nice. And the lettuce was actually green instead of brown. Five stars. Simple but effective.

I probably don’t need to say anything about the food because you know what to expect at subway. But I will say the M&M cookies were on point on my visit. Restroom was clean as well as dining area too. I was greeted and taken care of by a friendly staff person. I’d return to this location.

Not from the area but every time I’m in Batavia they never have any bread made and then they look at u like ohh well wheat is the only option if I could give it zero stars I would!!!
