Poor service! My girlfriend and I went there about 15 mins after opening time to find the doors locked. We made eye contact with a long haired worker who then proceeded to run to the back. We've all had rough mornings before, so we figured we'd go for a walk in Swedetown then come back. We came back an hour later to find the door still locked and the long haired worker nowhere in sight. I guess it's easier to be clocked in for your shift when the doors are locked! Service: 1

Poor quality control. Online order. Light lettuce... not today. Cut footlong into 4... not today. Sandwich was too messy to eat in the car. By the time I got it home it was a cold soggy mess. Won't make that $14.50 mistake again.

They just keep getting worse. Takin a star away. This place is a joke. 8 on Saturday night, don't close till 10p, they are out of bread. Bread, which is kinda important at a sub shop. New manager told me if they are busy they will not make meatballs. So why are they still in the menu? The 2 females working were not doing any thing but standing there talking so I don't think they are to busy.

Salespeople are not nice at all. When I called I was told to call back he’s busy. I will never go there again. It’s the Subway in Calumet. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Gave the Calumet location three chances. The first time, the two young men were in over their head. I was told "that it would be awhile" before they could help me. Too many online orders. The second day, everything was fine. Fresh gloves, helpful attitude. Yesterday, I was given a hard time for my order (i have a life-threatening food allergy, I advise staff at the beginning of the order, or try to, I'm usually ignored or interrupted), but it was prepared properly, albeit grudgingly. Today, i was again ridiculed for my order, repeated requests to change gloves went unheard/ignored. Food was made to my request, again, begrudgingly, mockingly. I will not be back. I will go hungry before i will give Subway another dime.

If you go in the evening everyone's great,but if you go in the morning when 1 certain woman works she changes the opening time from 9am to 10am...Doesn't work if you want lunch to take to work...watch out for the female"manager"she is rude&condensing to the workers&customers and is not above screaming at customers won't be back

Staff is always extremely friendly and service is always extremely fast. Store looks to be kept up well, even during a busy lunch period. There is definitely one or two employees who can speed-make your sub and they are my favorites!!

Ryan L and the new guy there were great, however there was a girl working there, Winter, who was rude, hickeys all over her neck and was rolling her eyes at us while we ordered. She was so unfriendly, and this has been the worst experience I've had at this location.

Dear Calumer Subway, Please teach Thomas Perala (the blonde one) to make the subs more neatly. I watched him just throw (literally) all of the veggies on there and they were everywhere (not on the sub), he also did not toast my friends chicken breast (not the sandwich, she just gets the chicken breast toasted/cooked) so her chicken was freezing cold. It’s disgusting to see such a careless worker.
