Norvelt Subway was great up until recently. They had really nice people working there who went out of their way to help you. Now, the employees barely look at you. The last time I stopped they were out of tomatoes. Today they were out of onions. Aren’t lettuce, tomatoes, and onions staples for a sub shop? I live around the corner but won’t bother trying it again. Just close if you’re not even going to try. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The 2 times I've been in there this year have been pitiful. The first time, i ordered a dozen cookies, and the girl said while packing them how much she hates people. The next time was a kid who wasn't friendly, and as he did my pretzel i asked for no salt, and he salted it as i watched to make a point or something. Never said a word about it. It was sad. 2 times.
