Most pathetic sandwich I have ever been served. The lettuce available was frost bitten, translucent and brown. No thank you! The tomatoes disintegrated when the server picked them up, so I had to pass on those too. My “ultimate BMT has five pieces of meat and the 2x provolone means a whopping TWO half slices. It’s Subway so I didn’t expect a beautiful deli sandwich but I expected at least a decent one. Do better. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible customer service. Got a 6in tuna nothing but bread and a handful of lettuce. Gets upset cause I asked for more tuna then offered the next customer a free drink. Don’t wanna bring race in it but I’m black he wasn’t. Never coming to this subway again. Paid almost $8 for bread and lettuce! I took video of it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This Subway is in walking distance of a large community. It is in Gateway Shopping Center. The food is fresh, the service is friendly. The prices are fair, however, this location DIES NOT HONOR SUBWAY COUPONS!!😡 The subway coupons are delivered to us by our postman. I tried to use one today for lunch, and the staff stated their store does not honor them. So this is for the owner, why not??? Why buy in a franchise and not honor your franchise coupon. I know it's a wealthy city, but everyone in it is not wealthy and even a wealthy person appreciates a discount/ sale every now & then at an establishment they frequent and spend their money supporting neighborhood business. This is not a good practice. Your business will survive, but it would increase more if you honored the coupons also. Please consider reevaluating your decision not to honor Subway coupons at this location.
