Great subs, great service, poor location. Easily forgettable/missable position in the strip mall. Maybe a spot on corner of the strip mall and it would've been more visible from the street. If you're the owner of this subway's shop and you're reading this, I'm telling you what will get you greater exposure. And maybe asking the landlord or REIT to allot you more sign space on the pylon. One of the best Subways in the US in my opinion. Owners are honest, pleasant people who are meticulously attentive to our sandwich builds. The food is always fresh and if it’s slow sandwich boards are covered to help maintain freshness. The store is always clean with attention to details (baseboards) that are often forgotten overlooked in other stores. My son and I go out of our way to choose this store with other Subways close by. The people were nice 5 star for good work. Also they make clean sandwiches not sloppy like the other subways, if I could give a 10 star rating I would : )

Just confused that if it says you close at 9:00pm and it's 8:49 and open sign if off and lights are turned off. I seen they are rushing to put everything away. I understand sometimes u just want to get out of work but if the business closes at 9 then u don't turn off lights and turn the open sign off until 9. Not good business if u ask me!!!!

I had a turkey 12 inch sub, when I started to eat it, something wasnt right on the sandwich, has if one of the ingredients was bad on it, didnt know what it was, I really didnt enjoy the sandwich. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Employees are friendly but the last two times I ordered online (BMT on Italian herbs & cheese bread toasted) the bread tasted stale like it was old. Disappointing considering this is the closest subway to my house & I get the same thing every time. I wasn’t happy the first time I had the stale bread but I thought I would give it another try. It used to be great years ago but I’m not sure if the pandemic has had an effect where they are trying to save money by stretching out the bread life but I won’t be coming back here unless I order inside & can see the bread is fresh. I would rather travel a little further to avoid future disappointment.

I ordered footlong Egg and Cheese sandwich. They didn't had any egg outside on the counter and they didn't even bothered to tell me. There was an older man who was making the sandwich. I asked him where is the egg?. I asked bcoz I didn't see it. He pretended as if he didn't hear me. Later I saw him putting something in the microwave so I assumed that he didn't have it outside so he brought the frozen one from inside. He didn't even asked me if I wanted white or yellow egg. I always take the yellow one. Without asking me he put white tiny round eggs like pancake and put it on the bread. It looked horrible but I don't know what happened to me that I didn't stopped him. There were few customers around and I didn't wanted to be rude so I purchased it. It is horrible. Never going back again to this store on 16 mile and Dequindre. The sandwich tasted very bad and eggs tasted like uncooked
