Great subs, great service, poor location. Easily forgettable/missable position in the strip mall. Maybe a spot on corner of the strip mall and it would've been more visible from the street. If you're the owner of this subway's shop and you're reading this, I'm telling you what will get you greater exposure. And maybe asking the landlord or REIT to allot you more sign space on the pylon.
