I placed a mobile order which was made right when I got there. The bread was wrong, sandwich was supposed to be toasted, neither sauces I wanted on it were on it, the bacon wasnt even cooked. The service is normally positive, and the quality/ freshness of the food is always good. The store is clean, and the BOGO deals are a good send with these rising prices. Nicest workers at any subway I've had in such a long time . Mainly being they didn't treat anyone like an inconvenience. I can't describe to you how rare that's been, I'm on the road a lot . Absolutely horrible!!! I called in my order,arrived at the time I was given..i sat in the drive thru for OVER 30 MINUTES watching her make sandwich after sandwich after sandwich before she even acknowledged i was at the window! Then she ask if I was the call in...then made a couple more before FINALLY getting to mine...I get home..they are ALL WRONG!!!! to say I was annoyed would be the biggest understatement of the year!!! It will take A LOT for me to return there!!!!

Want on 6 /8/2022 employee that waited on us for on wasn't very friendly and was kinda rude and to top it off No Ham No Onions and NO ICE FOR DRINKS .....You would think if she wasn't ready for the day then she should have said so when we want in very poor service !!!

Drove all the way from Kinston to pick up my order. Drove all the way back to Kinston to realize they gave me 4 pieces of pepperoni on bread with some veggies and sauce. I called and let them know and they told me to bring it back and they would fix it. It was "The Benissimo by Jimmy Garoppolo". When I drove all the way back, she took the sandwich back and added cold chicken to it and passed it back through the window. I asked for a refund at this point and she smiled at me and told me to wait and then said she can't refund me my money. I walked out empty handed. I will be calling the health department in the morning.

Was okay service. The meatball subs were good. The lemonade did not taste good. I really didnt notice until I got back home and it had a funny taste. Perhaps it was not fresh??
